Induction:

Deepening:
“Now, imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step representing a deeper state of relaxation. With each breath, take a step down, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered. As you descend, notice the sensation of your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more at peace.
Take a few moments to settle in, and allow yourself to fully relax. You’re doing great, you’re safe, and you’re in control.”
Script:
“Now, I want you to imagine a bright, shining light beginning to emanate from within your heart. This light represents your inner wisdom, your inner guidance, and your ability to take control of your health. As this light grows, imagine it filling your entire body, nourishing your cells, and empowering your mind.
Repeat after me: ‘I take full responsibility for my health and well-being.’ Say it with conviction, with confidence, and with awareness. ‘I take full responsibility for my health and well-being.’
