FREE Anxiety, Stress & Worry Release
Hypnotherapy Script — Word for Word
Induction
You don’t need to fix anything right now.
You don’t need to understand everything.
For this moment,
you are allowed to rest.
If it feels comfortable, gently close your eyes…or soften your gaze.
Take a slow breath in…and let it out naturally.
Again…
no effort…
no control.
Just allowing yourself to arrive here.
Creating Safety
Anxiety lives when the body feels it must stay alert.
Peace begins when the body learns it is safe enough to pause.
Notice the surface beneath you…how it supports you fully.
Let your shoulders drop slightly.
Let your jaw unclench.
You don’t need to relax completely.
Just enough to breathe comfortably.
That is enough.
Deepening Relaxation
I will count slowly from ten down to one.
With each number, allow tension to release gently.
Ten… slowing down.
Nine… easing pressure.
Eight… softening the body.
Seven… calming the breath.
Six… feeling supported.
Five… halfway there.
Four… nothing to fix.
Three… nothing to chase.
Two… almost fully calm.
One… deeply settled.
Understanding Anxiety and Worry
Your subconscious understands this now:
Anxiety is not weakness.
Worry is not failure.
They are signals that your mind and body have been trying to protect you.
You don’t need to fight them.
You only need to let them soften.
Releasing Anxiety from the Body
Notice where stress lives in your body.
You don’t need to name it.
Just notice.
Now imagine your breath flowing gently into that area…
And as you exhale,
imagine tension releasing…like air slowly leaving a balloon.
No force.
No rush.
Just allowing.
Letting Go of Worry
Worry often lives in the future.
Right now,
you are here.
And in this moment,
you are safe enough.
You don’t need answers right now.
You don’t need certainty.
You can place worries down temporarily.
They will still be there later if you choose to return to them.
For now, your mind is allowed to rest.
Installing Calm Responses
Your subconscious absorbs these truths now:
I do not need to solve everything at once.
I can pause and breathe.
My body knows how to calm itself.
Peace returns naturally.
Each breath reinforces this.
Each pause strengthens it.
Calm in Daily Life
Imagine yourself later today.
A stressful thought appears.
Instead of spiraling, you pause.
You breathe once.
Your body softens.
You respond instead of react.
This becomes easier each time.
Gentle Integration Statements
Allow these words to settle softly:
- “I release anxiety gently.”
- “My body knows how to calm.”
- “I don’t need to worry right now.”
- “Peace returns with my breath.”
- “I am safe in this moment.”
You don’t need to force belief.
Your subconscious is listening.
Closing & Reorientation
In a moment, I will count from one to five.
At five, you return feeling calmer,
lighter, and more at ease.
One… gently returning.
Two… awareness of your body.
Three… calm and present.
Four… grounded and steady.
Five… eyes open when ready.
Important Note
This script supports relaxation and stress relief.
It does not replace professional mental health care.
If anxiety feels overwhelming or persistent, reaching out for support is a strength.
