Imagine you’re in a special place, where you feel happy and relaxed. This place makes you feel safe and calm. You can imagine a beautiful beach, a magical forest, or even a cozy room in your own home.
Now, visualize a warm, comforting light filling your entire body. This light makes you feel calm, relaxed, and at peace.”
Deepening
“Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I am calm and relaxed’ to yourself. Allow these words to sink deep into your mind, making you feel even more relaxed and calm.
Imagine you’re sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation, like a soft, fluffy cloud gently floating downwards. You can feel your body becoming heavier and more relaxed with each breath.”
Suggestions
“Now, bring your attention to your voice. Imagine your voice as a beautiful, unique instrument, capable of expressing emotions, thoughts, and ideas.
Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing them to become your new reality:
* ‘I love and appreciate my voice.’
* ‘My voice is unique and special.’
* ‘I trust myself and my voice.’
* ‘I am confident in my ability to communicate effectively.’
* ‘My voice is a powerful tool for self-expression.’
As you repeat these phrases, imagine them taking root in your mind, making you feel more confident and appreciative of your voice.
