Here is a word-for-word hypnotherapy script focused specifically on spotting repeating patterns, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors so they can be rewired.

Below is a clean, permissive, safe script you can read aloud or record.

(No force, no medical claims, no manipulation.)

Hypnotherapy Script

Theme: Awareness of Repeating Subconscious Patterns

Induction

Take a slow breath in through your nose…
and gently exhale through your mouth.

Again… breathing in calm…
and breathing out tension.

Allow your body to settle naturally,
without effort,
without trying to change anything.

There is nothing you need to do right now.
Nothing you need to fix.
Just noticing.

As your breathing finds its own rhythm,
your body begins to understand
that this moment is safe.

And when the body feels safe,
the mind can soften.

Deepening

With each breath out,
imagine sinking slightly deeper into the surface beneath you.

Not falling.
Just settling.

As if gravity is gently holding you,
supporting you completely.

And you may begin to notice
that your awareness can widen,
while your body relaxes.

Thoughts may come and go.
You don’t need to follow them.

Just let them pass…
like clouds moving across the sky.

Transition to Subconscious Awareness

Now, I’d like you to imagine
that you are stepping slightly back from your life,
as if you are observing it from a calm, neutral distance.

You are not judging.
You are not analyzing.
You are simply noticing.

From this place of calm observation,
your subconscious mind can begin to reveal patterns
without effort.

Pattern Recognition

Allow your mind to gently scan your life
and notice anything that feels familiar.

You may notice:

  • similar situations repeating

  • familiar emotional reactions

  • the same types of challenges

  • or the same behaviors showing up again and again

There is no need to search.
Whatever is ready will rise naturally.

And as one pattern comes into awareness,
simply observe it.

Notice:

  • What belief seems connected to it

  • What emotion usually appears

  • How the body responds

  • What action or behavior follows

You are not inside the pattern.
You are watching it.

Safe.
Calm.
Curious.

Belief Awareness

Now gently ask your subconscious, without pressure:

“What belief makes this pattern make sense?”

And allow the answer to appear
as a word, an image, a feeling,
or a simple knowing.

There is no right or wrong response.
Whatever arises is information.

And you can thank your subconscious
for revealing something it learned
to protect you at some point in your life.

Emotional Recognition

Notice the emotion connected to this belief.

Not the story.
Just the feeling.

Where does it live in the body?

You don’t need to change it.
You don’t need to push it away.

Simply acknowledging it
begins to loosen its grip.

Awareness is the first signal of change.

Behavior Awareness

Now notice the behavior that usually follows.

What do you tend to do
when this belief and emotion are active?

Again—no judgment.

Every behavior began as a survival strategy.

And your subconscious is allowed to update strategies
when new awareness is present.

Integration (Gentle Rewiring Begins)

As you observe this entire loop—
belief… emotion… behavior—
your subconscious begins to understand something new:

“I can see the pattern without becoming the pattern.”

And simply seeing it
creates space.

Space creates choice.

Choice creates change.

No force required.

Future Orientation (Optional Soft Recode)

Now imagine a future moment
where this old pattern begins to arise…

And notice yourself pausing.

Breathing.

Choosing a slightly different response.

Not perfect.
Just different.

And your subconscious takes note:

“This is new.”
“This is safe.”
“This is possible.”

Closing & Reorientation

In a moment, I’ll count from one to five.

With each number,
you’ll bring back with you
this calm awareness
and the ability to notice patterns
without being controlled by them.

One… gently returning to your body
Two… feeling grounded and present
Three… carrying clarity with you
Four… bringing back calm focus
Five… eyes open when ready, feeling clear, safe, and aware

Optional One-Line Teaching Anchor

What you can observe, you can change. Awareness is the doorway to rewiring.
