Take a moment now…
Find a comfortable position… sitting or lying down…
And gently allow your eyes to close.

Begin by taking a slow, deep breath in…
And exhale… slowly… completely.

Again… breathe in…
And out… letting go just a little more.

With each breath… allow your body to soften…
Your shoulders relaxing… your jaw unclenching…
Your mind beginning to quiet.

Now… imagine a place where you feel completely safe…calm… and at ease…
It might be a beach… a forest… or simply a peaceful space within you.

See it… feel it… be there now.

And as you settle into this place…become aware of anything you’ve been holding onto…an emotion… a thought… a memory… or tension in your body.

There’s nothing to analyse… nothing to fix…just notice it.

Now imagine placing all of that… gently… into your hands.

And in front of you… there is a soft light…warm… calm… and safe.

This light represents release… freedom… and peace.

When you’re ready…allow yourself to place whatever you’ve been holding… into that light.

And watch… as it begins to dissolve…softly… naturally… without force.

You don’t have to hold onto it anymore.

Let it go…

Feel the space that begins to open inside you…lighter… calmer… clearer.

And now… gently say to yourself:

“I release what no longer serves me.”
“I allow myself to feel free.”
“I am safe to let go.”
