Find a quiet, comfortable place…
Allow your body to settle…
Gently close your eyes…
Take a slow, deep breath in……and exhale slowly…
Again… breathing in calm……and breathing out tension…
With each breath, feel yourself letting go…
Drifting deeper into relaxation…
Bring your awareness to the top of your head…
And allow a wave of relaxation to gently flow downward…
Relax your forehead…your eyes… your jaw…
Release your neck and shoulders…letting any heaviness melt away…
Feel this calm moving through your chest…your heart…
Your stomach softens…your hips release…
Your legs grow heavy…your feet completely relaxed…
You are now deeply relaxed… safe… and open.
Deepening
Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase…
With each step down, you move deeper into your subconscious mind…
I will count from 10 down to 1…
10… stepping down…
9… deeper…
8… letting go…
7… calm and steady…
6… drifting inward…
5… halfway…
4… more relaxed…
3… calm and open…
2… almost there…
1… deeply relaxed and receptive.
Identifying the Limiting Belief
Now bring your awareness inward…
Allow a belief that has been holding you back to gently surface…
It may sound like:
“I’m not good enough…”
“I’ll be rejected…”
“I don’t deserve success or love…”
Notice the belief…without judgment…
It is not who you are…
It is something you learned.
Tracing the Origin
Now gently ask:
“Where did this belief begin?”
Allow your mind to show you…
A moment… a memory… a feeling…
You are safe observing…
Notice how this belief once formed…perhaps to protect you…or help you make sense of something…
Acknowledge it:
“This belief was created…but it is not permanent.”
Dissolving the Belief
Now imagine this belief as words written in front of you…
See them clearly…
And now imagine those words beginning to fade…
The letters dissolving…breaking apart…
As if they were written in sand…and a gentle wave washes them away…
Gone…
Feel the space that remains…
Open… free…
You are no longer holding onto that belief.
Installing an Empowering Belief
Now, in that open space…create a new belief…
One that supports you…
Choose something that feels true and empowering…
“I am enough.”
“I am capable and strong.”
“I deserve success, love, and respect.”
See these new words forming clearly…
Bright… solid… permanent…
Now imagine these words moving toward you…
And gently becoming part of you…
