Dharma Therapy Healing with Clinical Hypnotherapy™
Session 6: Integration
Full Professional Hypnotherapy Session
Theme: “Living Your Healing Every Day”
Duration: 60–90 Minutes
Primary Goal:
To help the client consolidate the gains made during the previous five sessions by integrating healthier routines, emotional regulation skills, mindfulness, self-care practices, and ongoing personal development into everyday life. Through clinical hypnotherapy, mental rehearsal, and ethically appropriate post-hypnotic cues, the client develops confidence in maintaining progress beyond the therapy room.
Clinical Note: This script is intended as a professional template for appropriately trained hypnotherapists. Any post-hypnotic suggestions should be discussed with the client beforehand, used with informed consent, aligned with the client’s therapeutic goals, and framed as optional supports that remain under the client’s control. The purpose is to reinforce adaptive habits—not to override the client’s autonomy or judgement.

Part 1 – Welcome
“Welcome.
Today marks an important milestone.
During the past sessions you have developed awareness.
You have learned acceptance.
You have begun emotional healing.
You have transformed patterns of thinking.
You have discovered your values and purpose.
Today we begin weaving all of these together into everyday life.
Healing is not something that happens only during therapy.
Healing becomes part of how you think.
How you speak.
How you care for yourself.
How you respond to challenges.
How you live each day.
Today we begin making these new ways of living feel natural.”
Part 2 – Psychoeducation
Discuss:
Healing Through Repetition
Explain that lasting change develops through:
- Consistent daily practice.
- Small behavioural changes.
- Repetition.
- Self-awareness.
- Compassion during setbacks.
Progress is rarely linear. Temporary setbacks are opportunities to learn rather than evidence of failure.
Five Daily Pillars of Integration
Discuss:
Healthy Routines
Small consistent behaviours support wellbeing.
Emotional Regulation
Pause, breathe, notice, then respond.
Mindfulness
Returning attention to the present moment.
Self-Care
Meeting physical, emotional, social, and psychological needs.
Lifelong Growth
Continuing to learn, adapt, and develop.
Part 3 – Hypnotic Induction
“Please make yourself comfortable.
Allow your eyes to gently close whenever they are ready.
Take a slow deep breath in…
and gently breathe out.
Again…
breathing in calm…
breathing out every unnecessary tension.
With every comfortable breath…
your body begins to settle.
Your shoulders relax.
Your arms become pleasantly heavy.
Your breathing becomes smooth.
Natural.
Comfortable.
Imagine a gentle wave of peace beginning at the top of your head…
slowly flowing through your forehead…
around your eyes…
your cheeks…
your jaw…
your neck…
your shoulders…
your chest…
your abdomen…
your hips…
your legs…
all the way to your feet.
Every muscle relaxes.
Every breath deepens your comfort.
Your mind becomes peaceful.
Focused.
Clear.”
(Pause)
Progressive Relaxation
“Imagine yourself floating gently upon calm water.
Completely supported.
Completely safe.
Nothing to force.
Nothing to control.
Simply allowing yourself to relax.”
(Pause)
Deepening
“I shall count slowly from ten down to one.
Each number allows you to relax even more deeply.
10…
9…
8…
drifting comfortably…
7…
6…
peaceful…
5…
calm…
4…
comfortable…
3…
deeply relaxed…
2…
peaceful…
1…
completely comfortable.”
The Bridge of Integration
“Imagine standing before a beautiful bridge.
Behind you lies everything you have learned during these past weeks.
Awareness.
Acceptance.
Healing.
Balanced thinking.
Purpose.
Ahead of you lies your future.
A life where these qualities become part of who you are.
As you begin walking across the bridge…
every step naturally strengthens these new patterns.”
(Pause)
Healthy Routines
“You arrive in a beautiful peaceful village.
Notice how each day begins calmly.
People awaken with intention.
They nourish their bodies.
They move their bodies.
They rest when needed.
They care for themselves without guilt.
Imagine yourself living this way.
Notice how natural healthy routines begin to feel.
Small choices…
made consistently…
creating lasting wellbeing.”
(Pause)
Emotional Regulation
“You continue walking.
You arrive beside a peaceful lake.
The surface of the water is calm.
Occasionally a gentle ripple appears.
Then the lake naturally settles again.
Your emotions become like this lake.
You notice them.
You acknowledge them.
You breathe with them.
Then they gently settle.
You no longer fear your emotions.
You trust your ability to respond wisely.”
(Pause)
Mindfulness
“You now enter a beautiful forest.
Notice the colours.
The sounds.
The gentle breeze.
Become completely present.
There is nowhere else to be.
Nothing else to do.
Only this moment.
You discover that peace has always existed in the present.”
(Pause)
Self-Care
“Further along the path you discover a beautiful sanctuary.
Inside are everything you need to care for yourself.
Rest.
Nutrition.
Movement.
Friendship.
Compassion.
Creativity.
Joy.
Notice yourself choosing these gifts naturally.
You realise that caring for yourself is not selfish.
It allows you to care more fully for others.”
(Pause)
Ongoing Personal Development
“You continue your journey until you reach a magnificent library.
Every book represents something new you will learn.
Every experience becomes a lesson.
Every challenge becomes an opportunity for growth.
Your curiosity expands.
Your confidence grows.
You become a lifelong learner.
Always growing.
Always evolving.
Always becoming.”
(Pause)
Integration of Healing
“Now imagine all five places joining together.
The village…
The lake…
The forest…
The sanctuary…
The library…
They become one beautiful landscape.
This landscape represents your new life.
Balanced.
Healthy.
Purposeful.
Peaceful.
Every day you naturally return here.”
(Pause)
Ethical Post-Hypnotic Cue
“With your permission, I would like to offer a simple cue to support the habits you have chosen to build.
Whenever, during the coming days, you gently place your thumb and forefinger together while taking one slow, comfortable breath, you may naturally remember this feeling of calm, clarity, and self-compassion.
This cue is simply a reminder of skills you already possess. It remains entirely under your control, and you may use it whenever it is helpful for you.
Each time you choose to use this cue, it can help you pause, become present, and make a decision that reflects your values.”
(Pause)
Mental Rehearsal
“Now imagine tomorrow morning.
You wake feeling refreshed.
You breathe slowly.
You stretch.
You smile.
You begin your day with intention.
Imagine yourself making healthy choices throughout the day.
You eat mindfully.
You speak kindly to yourself.
You remain calm during challenges.
You pause before reacting.
You complete your responsibilities.
You care for yourself.
You end the day feeling peaceful.
Now imagine repeating this tomorrow…
and again next week…
and next month.
Notice these healthy habits becoming easier.
More natural.
More enjoyable.
This is becoming your normal way of living.”
(Pause)
Ego Strengthening
“Everything you have learned remains within you.
Awareness remains.
Acceptance remains.
Healing remains.
Balanced thinking remains.
Purpose remains.
Every day they grow stronger.
You trust yourself.
You respect yourself.
You care for yourself.
You continue growing with patience.
Progress becomes your focus.
Not perfection.”

Notice how naturally these new habits have become part of your life.

Your peace.

Your health.
Your sense of purpose.
Observe how easily you respond to life’s challenges.
You smile because you realise…

You became more fully yourself.”
(Pause)

I shall count from one to five.
