Personal Transformation Story 3 of 5
After a Regression Hypnotherapy Session

“I always felt like I wasn’t enough… no matter what I achieved.”

From the outside, everything looked fine.

I was doing well.
I was capable.
People even told me I was confident.

But inside… it was different.

I constantly questioned myself.

Before speaking, I would second-guess.
After speaking, I would replay everything.

Was that the right thing to say?
Did I sound stupid?
Did they judge me?

It was exhausting.

No matter what I achieved, it never felt like it was enough.

There was always this quiet voice in the background saying:
“You could have done better.”
“You’re not quite there yet.”

During the regression session, I went deeper than I expected.

What came up wasn’t about now.

It was connected to earlier moments in my life—
times where I felt criticised… compared… not seen.

And something clicked.

I realised I had been carrying those moments with me…
and using them to measure myself.

Even now.

That’s when it shifted.

I wasn’t trying to “become more confident.”

I was holding onto a version of myself that believed I wasn’t.

And during the session… I let that go.

Not by forcing confidence…

But by releasing the belief that I wasn’t enough.

After the session, something felt different.

Quieter.

Lighter.

I still thought about things… but I didn’t attack myself anymore.

I could speak… without overthinking every word.

I could show up… without needing to prove anything.

The biggest shift?

I stopped trying to earn my worth.

And started feeling it.

Not perfectly.
But genuinely.

And from that place…

Confidence wasn’t something I had to build.

It was something that was already there—
once everything else got out of the way.
