Case Study 00442 – 27 June 2026
8-Month Custom Healing Programme to Address Self-Love, Self-Esteem, Self-Worth, Trauma, PTSD, Confidence, Personal Development, Performance, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia and Psychosis with Hypnotherapy
Every healing journey is unique.
No two individuals share exactly the same life experiences, emotional challenges, beliefs, strengths, or aspirations. Because of this, an effective hypnotherapy programme should always be personalised to meet the client’s individual needs, goals, and circumstances.
This eight-month customised healing programme is designed to support clients in developing greater emotional resilience, healthier thinking, improved confidence, stronger self-worth, and a more meaningful life. The programme integrates Dharma Therapy Healing with Clinical Hypnotherapy™ alongside evidence-informed therapeutic approaches to help clients develop practical skills for lasting personal growth.
For individuals living with serious mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, or severe depression, this programme is intended to complement—not replace—appropriate psychiatric and psychological care. Treatment should be coordinated with the client’s healthcare professionals where appropriate and with the client’s consent.
