Note: EFT tapping is a self-regulation tool and not a substitute for trauma therapy. The wording should be adapted to the person’s actual experience and emotional intensity.

- Emotional hiding / lack of personal transparency
- Fearful-avoidant attachment

Step 1 – Assess Intensity
Before tapping, ask:
“On a scale of 0–10, how intense does this feel right now?”

Post-Tapping Reflection Questions
After tapping, ask:
- What intensity number is it now (0–10)?
- What emotion feels strongest now?
- Did any memories, images, or body sensations arise?
- What does the hurting part of me need right now?
- What small act of self-care would support me today?
This script can be adapted into short daily EFT sessions, guided therapy sessions, or combined with hypnotherapy and journaling work for deeper emotional processing.
