Open up the Love, Heart Chakra blocked by Grief with Regression Hypnotherapy

You are not bound by grief, but rather, you are free to love, to connect, and to experience life fully. You are open to receiving and giving love, and you are grateful for all the experiences that have shaped you.

Here is a regression hypnotherapy script to help open up the Heart Chakra and overcome grief:

Induction

“Welcome to this journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. Allow yourself to relax, let go of any tension or stress, and simply be present in this moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel your body relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes.

Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by a warm, comforting light. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered.

As you continue to breathe deeply, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and your eyes to gently close. Feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more at ease. You are safe, you are supported, and you are exactly where you need to be.

Deepening

“Now, imagine yourself descending down a staircase of relaxation, with each step, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more at peace. With each breath, feel your body letting go of any remaining tension or stress.

As you reach the bottom of the staircase, imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, peaceful garden. Feel the warm sun on your skin, the gentle breeze in your hair, and the sound of nature all around you.

Regression

“I want you to take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to travel back in time to the first memory that comes to mind when you think of feeling grief or loss. This could be a person, a situation, a experience, or a memory.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this memory, seeing it in vivid detail, hearing the sounds, smelling the scents, and feeling the emotions. Allow yourself to relive this experience, but this time, from a safe and distant perspective.

As you relive this memory, I want you to pay attention to your heart area.

Where do you feel the grief?

Is it a feeling of heaviness, a sense of emptiness, or a feeling of sadness?

Allow yourself to breathe into this area, imagining fresh, clean air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any blockages, restrictions, or pain releasing and dissolving.

Re-experiencing the Memory

“Now, I want you to relive this memory again, but this time, from a higher perspective. Imagine yourself looking down on the scene, seeing yourself and the situation from above. Allow yourself to witness the grief, the loss, the sadness, or whatever emotions arise.

As you witness this scene, I want you to repeat the following affirmation to yourself: ‘I release all grief, I am open to love and connection, and I am grateful for the experiences that have shaped me.’

Allow yourself to feel the emotional charge of this memory begin to dissipate, like clouds disappearing on a sunny day.

Feel yourself becoming lighter, freer, and more connected to your heart.

Integration

“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this sense of freedom and connection spreading throughout your entire body. Feel your energy rising, your vibration increasing, and your heart filling with joy and gratitude.

Know that you are not bound by grief, but rather, you are free to love, to connect, and to experience life fully.

You are open to receiving and giving love, and you are grateful for all the experiences that have shaped you.

Heart Chakra Activation

“Now, bring your attention to the heart area, the seat of your emotions and compassion. Imagine a brilliant, shimmering light at this point, representing your connection to love and connection.

As you focus on this light, begin to repeat the following affirmation to yourself: ‘I am open to love, I am grateful for all experiences, and I am connected to my heart.’

Allow this light to grow brighter and brighter, filling your entire body with a sense of love, compassion, and connection.

Final Relaxation

“Take a few moments to simply relax, breathe deeply, and enjoy this sense of freedom and connection. Know that you can return to this state whenever you need to, and that you are always supported on your journey of spiritual growth.

When you are ready, you can slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and connected to your heart. Remember to take this sense of love and connection with you throughout your day, and know that you are always supported and guided.”

Cope with the Death of a Beloved Dog with Hypnotherapy

Whenever you think of your dog, I want you to focus on the happy memories, the laughter, and the joy they brought to your life. Allow those feelings to fill your heart, and know that their love will always be with you.

Here is a hypnotherapy script to help cope with the loss of a beloved dog:

Title: “Letting Go of the Leash: Finding Peace After the Loss of a Canine Companion”

Introduction:

“Hello, My name is [Your Name], and I’ll be guiding you through this hypnotherapy session. Losing a beloved dog is never easy, and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed by grief and sadness. But today, we’re going to work together to find a way to let go of some of that pain and find peace. So take a deep breath in, and let’s begin.”

Induction:

“Get comfortable, either sitting or lying down, and take a few deep breaths. Feel the air fill your lungs, and then exhale slowly. As you breathe out, allow any tension or stress to leave your body. Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by nature and the calming sounds of birds chirping.

“Now, imagine a gentle, soothing mist beginning to fill the air, enveloping you in relaxation and peace. As you inhale, feel the mist entering your body, calming your mind and heart. As you exhale, feel any sadness, grief, or pain leaving your body, like a leaf drifting gently to the ground.”

Deepening:

“As you continue to breathe deeply, allow yourself to become even more relaxed. Imagine your body sinking into the ground, becoming heavier and more relaxed with each breath. Feel your eyelids growing heavy, and your body melting into the comfort of the natural surroundings.

“Now, I’d like you to imagine your dog, [dog’s name], standing in front of you.

See them as they were in their happiest moments, wagging their tail, and showering you with affection.

Notice the sparkle in their eyes, the softness of their fur, and the unique way they would snuggle beside you. Allow yourself to fully connect with the joyful memories you shared with your canine companion.”

Suggestion:

“Remember the times your dog would snuggle beside you, licking away your tears and comforting you in times of need. Allow those feelings to wash over you now, and imagine them filling your heart and soul.

“As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming energy entering your body, soothing any remaining grief or sadness.

With each breath, feel your heart becoming lighter, freer, and more at peace.

“Now, imagine a gentle, loving energy surrounding your dog, guiding them on their journey. See them running free, playing in the sun, and chasing after balls. Know that they are at peace, and that their suffering has ended.

“As you gaze upon your dog, feel a sense of gratitude and appreciation for the time you shared together.

Recognize that their love and companionship will always be a part of you, and that their memory will never fade.

Allow this awareness to bring you comfort and peace.”

Counting and Awakening:

“Take a few more deep breaths, and as you do, become more aware of your body and your surroundings.

When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more at peace.

Remember, the memory of your beloved dog will always be with you, and that their love will never fade.

“1… 2… 3… 4… 5… You are now fully awake, feeling calm, peaceful, and more at peace.”

Final Suggestion:

“Before we conclude, I want to leave you with a final suggestion.

Whenever you think of your dog, I want you to focus on the happy memories, the laughter, and the joy they brought to your life. Allow those feelings to fill your heart, and know that their love will always be with you.

You are strong, capable, and resilient, and you will get through this difficult time. Remember, you are not alone, and that you are surrounded by love, peace, and support.”
