Open up the Water, Sacral Chakra blocked by Guilt with Regression Hypnotherapy

You are not bound by guilt, but rather, you are free to create, to express yourself, and to experience life fully. You are worthy of love and respect, and you are forgiven.

Here is a regression hypnotherapy script to help open up the Sacral Chakra and overcome guilt:

Induction

“Welcome to this journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. Allow yourself to relax, let go of any tension or stress, and simply be present in this moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel your body relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes.

Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by a warm, comforting light. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered.

As you continue to breathe deeply, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and your eyes to gently close. Feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more at ease. You are safe, you are supported, and you are exactly where you need to be.

Deepening

“Now, imagine yourself descending down a staircase of relaxation, with each step, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more at peace. With each breath, feel your body letting go of any remaining tension or stress.

As you reach the bottom of the staircase, imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, peaceful garden. Feel the warm sun on your skin, the gentle breeze in your hair, and the sound of nature all around you.

Regression

“I want you to take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to travel back in time to the first memory that comes to mind when you think of feeling guilty or responsible for something. This could be a situation, a person, an action, or a decision.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this memory, seeing it in vivid detail, hearing the sounds, smelling the scents, and feeling the emotions. Allow yourself to relive this experience, but this time, from a safe and distant perspective.

As you relive this memory, I want you to pay attention to your sacral area, located in the lower abdomen.

Where do you feel the guilt?

Is it a feeling of heaviness, a sense of contraction, or a feeling of shame?

Allow yourself to breathe into this area, imagining fresh, clean air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any blockages, restrictions, or pain releasing and dissolving.

Re-experiencing the Memory

“Now, I want you to relive this memory again, but this time, from a higher perspective. Imagine yourself looking down on the scene, seeing yourself and the situation from above. Allow yourself to witness the guilt, the shame, the responsibility, or whatever emotions arise.

As you witness this scene, I want you to repeat the following affirmation to yourself: ‘I release all guilt, I am worthy of love and respect, and I am forgiven.’

Allow yourself to feel the emotional charge of this memory begin to dissipate, like clouds disappearing on a sunny day. Feel yourself becoming lighter, freer, and more connected to your creativity and emotions.

Integration

“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this sense of freedom and connection spreading throughout your entire body. Feel your energy rising, your vibration increasing, and your heart filling with joy and gratitude.

Know that you are not bound by guilt, but rather, you are free to create, to express yourself, and to experience life fully. You are worthy of love and respect, and you are forgiven.

Sacral Chakra Activation

“Now, bring your attention to the sacral area, the seat of your creativity and emotions. Imagine a brilliant, shimmering light at this point, representing your connection to your inner self.

As you focus on this light, begin to repeat the following affirmation to yourself: ‘I am creative, I am worthy, and I am forgiven.’

Allow this light to grow brighter and brighter, filling your entire body with a sense of joy, creativity, and freedom.

Final Relaxation

“Take a few moments to simply relax, breathe deeply, and enjoy this sense of freedom and connection. Know that you can return to this state whenever you need to, and that you are always supported on your journey of spiritual growth.

When you are ready, you can slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and connected to your creativity and emotions. Remember to take this sense of joy and freedom with you throughout your day, and know that you are always supported and guided.”

Understanding and Seeing You are Not the Feeling of Guilt You are only Experiencing a Feeling of Guilt with Hypnotherapy

Remember that the feeling of guilt is not who you are. It’s a feeling that you’re experiencing, a temporary state that will pass.

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script to help someone understand and see that they are not the feeling of guilt, but rather they are only experiencing a feeling of guilt:

Introduction

(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist’s voice is calm and gentle.)

Hypnotherapist: “Welcome to this session, Allow yourself to relax, breathe deeply, and let go of any tension. Imagine yourself in a peaceful place, where you feel safe and comfortable. Take a moment to notice the sensation of your feet touching the ground, the sensation of the air on your skin, and the sound of my voice guiding you.”

Induction

Hypnotherapist: “Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth. As you exhale, feel any stress or anxiety leave your body. Allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused.

Imagine yourself on a peaceful mountain, surrounded by towering trees and a gentle stream. Notice the sound of the stream gently flowing, the warmth of the sun on your skin, and the sensation of the cool breeze on your face. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this experience, letting go of any thoughts or worries.”

Deepening

Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself descending a staircase, with each step taking you deeper into relaxation. As you reach the bottom, you find yourself in a peaceful, serene environment. Notice the sights, sounds, and sensations around you. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this experience, letting go of any thoughts or worries.

Now, bring to mind a situation where you felt guilty. Perhaps it was a past mistake, a perceived wrongdoing, or a feeling of regret. Notice the feelings that arise in your body, the thoughts that come to mind, and the sensations that you experience.

Imagine yourself observing these feelings, rather than being consumed by them. See them as clouds passing by in the sky, rather than a part of your essential self.”

Therapeutic Suggestions

Hypnotherapist: “As you reflect on this experience, remember that the feeling of guilt is not who you are. It’s a feeling that you’re experiencing, a temporary state that will pass. Imagine yourself as a strong, sturdy tree, with feelings and thoughts passing by like leaves in the wind.

Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the meaning to sink deeply into your subconscious mind:

* ‘I am not my feelings, I am the one who experiences them.’

* ‘Guilt is a feeling, it’s not who I am.’

* ‘I am separate from my emotions, I can observe them without being controlled by them.’

* ‘I am strong, resilient, and capable of navigating any emotion that arises.’

Visualization

Hypnotherapist: “Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful meadow, surrounded by vibrant wildflowers and lush greenery.

Notice the sensation of your feet on the ground, the sound of birds singing, and the warmth of the sun on your skin.

As you look around the meadow, notice a small, delicate flower that represents your guilt.

See this flower as a temporary visitor, something that will bloom and then fade away. Imagine yourself gently nurturing this flower, allowing it to be present, but not letting it define you.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this flower beginning to slowly fade away, its petals gently falling to the ground. See yourself standing in the meadow, feeling more peaceful, more calm, and more connected to your true self.

Remember, you are not your feelings. You are the one who experiences them, and you have the power to choose how you respond to them. You can choose to observe your feelings with kindness, rather than judgment.

You can choose to treat yourself with the same love and compassion that you would offer to a friend.

Reinforcement

Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the meaning to sink deeply into your subconscious mind:

* ‘I am separate from my feelings, and I can observe them without judgment.’

* ‘I am strong, resilient, and capable of navigating any emotion that arises.’

* ‘I trust in my ability to grow, to learn, and to evolve.’

* ‘I am enough, exactly as I am.’

Awakening

Hypnotherapist: “When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. Take a deep breath in, and out, and notice how you feel. Notice any shifts in your perspective, any increased sense of self-awareness or self-compassion. Remember that you can return to this peaceful, relaxed state whenever you need to, and that the suggestions made during this session will continue to guide you in your daily life.”

(Soothing music continues to play as the session comes to a close.)

This script is just a sample, and you can modify it to fit your specific needs and preferences. Remember to always use a gentle, calming tone and to tailor the script to the individual’s needs and goals. I hope this script helps you to understand and see that you are not the feeling of guilt, but rather you are only experiencing a feeling of guilt.
