With this hypnosis program we are able to help you eliminate your desires, urges, and cravings to smoke. We teach your mind what it is like to be a non-smoker and program it as the new you.

With this hypnosis program you will be able to quit and not feel irritable. You will not feel like something is missing in your life. You will still feel fulfilled. You will not replace cigarettes with anything else, not food, not drinks, not another habit, nothing. You will despise and hate cigarettes, they will make you sick, but that feeling will not transfer to being rude to other smokers.

With hypnosis, you have the ability to change the way you feel. You have the ability to change the way you are programmed. With my Christian hypnosis programs, you are allowing God and the tool of hypnosis to help you achieve that change.

It’s Simple…

All you have to do is be able to lay down or sit down comfortably 25-40 minutes each day. The sessions are designed to be used over a 4 week period. By then, you will have developed the positive change you desire and will be able to live your life as a non-smoker.

Session 1 – Non Smoking Path

This session you will be taught what it is like to be a non-smoker. You will feel confidence in yourself again. You will feel a wonderful freedom from cigarettes and nicotine.

In this session we will focus on:

  • helping you be free from the desire to smoke in situations where you used to
  • helping you handle stress in your life more effectively
  • helping guide you so that you don’t replace smoking with something else
  • helping take the desire and even the thoughts about smoking away
  • helping you feel that your decision is permanent and there is no changing it

Session 2 – Completely Eliminating Desire

This session helps to reprogram you by taking the desire for smoking completely away.

In this session you will focus on:

  • helping you feel no desire to smoke anymore
  • helping you feel confident that even when seeing a cigarette or cigar you will feel no need for it
  • helping you feel completely free from smoking
  • helping you feel completely shuts off to smoking, without withdrawal

Session 3 – Destroying the Habit Shell

This program focuses on destroying the habit. Although your desires are gone, sometimes your body still wants to reach for one or feels like you should be holding a cigarette. There are mechanisms in your body that have been programmed in you to reach for a cigarette. We’ll work to reprogram these habits.

In this session we will focus on:

  • helping you destroy those habits
  • helping take away the habit of reaching for a cigarette and giving you complete awareness
  • helping you turn off your body to cigarettes
  • helping you feel comfortable doing activities without one

Session 4 – Creating a Sickness Toward Smoking

This is an optional program that some people want. After listening to this program the thought of smoking would make you sick. We will program you so that if you pick up one and put it in your mouth, you would feel physically sick. After listening to this program you would not be able to stand the thought of smoking. This negative feeling would NOT transfer to feeling negatively toward other smokers themselves. This session is optional as not everyone want to feel this way.

Session 5 – Happy, Healthy, Nonsmoker

This session is designed to be listened to once you are comfortable with all of your new positive habits. This session focuses on making all of these habits the new habits for the rest of your life. This program helps to make sure that when stressful events happen in your life, you stick to your new positive habits and do not get off track.
