Case Study 00482 – 23 August 2026 – 13 Week 2 Sessions per Week Custom Healing Program to address your challenges with Hypnotherapy

Case Study 00482 — 23 August 2026

13-Week, 2-Sessions-Per-Week Custom Healing Program

Using Hypnotherapy to Address Personal Challenges

This program is designed as a 26-session, individualized therapeutic framework. Rather than applying the same hypnosis script to everyone, the program begins with assessment and progressively works through underlying patterns, emotional regulation, behavioural change, identity, resilience, and long-term maintenance.

Important clinical boundary: Alcohol and cocaine dependence, severe depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and psychosis may require medical and psychiatric treatment. Hypnotherapy should be complementary where clinically appropriate—not a replacement for detoxification, medication, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or addiction treatment. Active psychosis, mania, severe intoxication, or medically significant withdrawal requires appropriate clinical assessment before hypnosis.

The 26-Session Journey

Phase Weeks Sessions Primary Focus
1. Foundation 1–2 1–4 Assessment, safety, awareness
2. Emotional Healing 3–5 5–10 Emotions, anxiety, stress, FOMO

5. Transformation 11–12 21–24 Relationships, identity, future
6. Integration 13 25–26 Resilience, relapse prevention, continuation

The central philosophy

This is not simply a “stop drinking”, “stop using cocaine”, or “stop the behaviour” program.

It asks a deeper question:

“What needs to change within the person so that the old behaviour is no longer necessary to meet the same emotional needs?”

The therapeutic journey therefore moves through:

Awareness → Understanding → Regulation → Choice → Behavioural Change → Self-Worth → Identity → Transformation → Resilience

For bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and psychosis, the 26-session framework should be adapted substantially and coordinated with the person’s treating psychiatrist/mental-health team. Hypnotherapy should not attempt to directly treat hallucinations, delusions, mania, or psychotic symptoms, and should not encourage a client to discontinue prescribed medication.
