Pain During Sex Hypnotherapy Script for Women

Theme: Safety, Relaxation, Releasing Fear-Based Tension, Body Trust, Emotional Healing, and Comfort in Intimacy

Therapeutic Purpose: This script is designed to support women experiencing pain during sex where fear, anxiety, trauma, anticipatory tension, emotional guarding, or subconscious protective responses may be contributing.

Examples may include:

  • Vaginismus
  • Dyspareunia

Important Note: Pain during sex can have medical, gynecological, hormonal, infection-related, pelvic floor, or structural causes, so medical assessment should always be part of care. This script is intended to support the emotional and psychological component of pain-related tension, not replace medical treatment.

Recover from Heartbreak and Feel Whole Again with Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy Script: Recover from Heartbreak and Feel Whole Again

Duration: 25–35 minutes | Focus: Emotional Healing, Release, Self-Worth, Wholeness

[Induction – Creating Safety and Stillness]

Take a moment now to get comfortable…

Allow your body to settle…
and gently close your eyes…

Take a slow, deep breath in…
…and softly exhale…

Again… breathing in calm…
…and breathing out any heaviness…

With each breath…
you begin to soften…

There is nothing you need to do…
nowhere you need to go…

Just allow yourself to be here…

[Body Relaxation – Letting the Guard Down]

Bring your awareness to your body…

Notice your shoulders…
and allow them to drop…

Relax your chest…
your stomach…

Soften your jaw…
your face…

And as your body relaxes…
you begin to feel safe…

Safe enough… to gently let go…

[Deepening – Entering a Healing Space]

Now imagine yourself in a peaceful, private place…

A place where you feel completely held…
completely supported…

It may be a quiet room…
a place in nature…
or somewhere your mind creates…

And in this space…
you are safe to feel…

Safe to heal…

[Acknowledging the Heartbreak]

Now gently bring your awareness to your heart space…

You may notice sensations…
tightness… heaviness… or even numbness…

And whatever is there… is okay…

You don’t need to push it away…

Just acknowledge it…

This is where you’ve been holding your pain…

And today…
you are beginning to release it…

[Emotional Release – Letting Go with Compassion]

Imagine that this pain…

is like a weight you’ve been carrying…

And for a moment…
allow yourself to feel it…

Not to overwhelm yourself…
but to recognise it…

And now… gently…

begin to let it soften…

With each breath out…
release a little of that weight…

You may imagine it dissolving…
or drifting away…

There is no rush…

You are letting go…
in your own time…

[Reframing – You Are Not Broken]

And as you release…
begin to realise something important…

You are not broken…

You are healing…

What you feel is a sign of your ability to love…

And that part of you…
is still whole…

Still strong…

Still capable of love…

[Restoring Self-Worth]

Now bring your attention back to yourself…

Not the relationship…
not the past…

But you…

Your value has never changed…

You are worthy of love…
respect…
and care…

Not because of someone else…

But because of who you are…

And that worth…
remains within you…

unchaken…
untouched…

[Filling the Heart with Light]

Now imagine a soft, warm light…

beginning to glow in your heart space…

This light represents healing…
self-love…
and peace…

And with each breath…
this light grows stronger…

Gently filling the space…
where pain once lived…

Replacing it with calm…
with warmth…
with wholeness…

[Affirmation Integration]

And quietly repeat within your mind…

I am healing more each day.

I release the past with compassion and strength.

I am whole, even on my own.

I am worthy of deep and meaningful love.

I trust that something better is unfolding for me.

[Future Pacing – Moving Forward with Strength]

Now imagine yourself in the future…

Standing strong…
feeling calm…
feeling whole again…

The pain no longer controls you…

You carry wisdom…
strength…
and self-respect…

You are open…
not from need…
but from wholeness…

[Reawakening – Returning Gently]

In a moment… I will count from 1 to 5…

And as I do…
you will return feeling lighter…
clearer…
and more at peace…

1… becoming aware of your body…
2… gently bringing back movement…
3… taking a deeper breath…
4… feeling calm and supported…
5… eyes open when ready…

[Closing Thought]

Your heart is not lost…

It is healing…

And within you…
there is still love…
there is still strength…
there is still wholeness…

And step by step…
you are finding your way back to it…
