Remove Envy that prevents you from focusing on yourself with Hypnotherapy

Here’s a hypnotherapy script to help remove envy that prevents you from focusing on yourself:

Title: Letting Go of Envy and Embracing Self-Focus

Induction:

(Soft, calming music starts playing. Speak in a gentle, soothing tone)

Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Allow yourself to relax, letting go of any tension or stress. Feel the weight of your body sinking into the chair, supported by the cushions. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, release any thoughts or worries that may be present.

Imagine yourself standing on a peaceful beach, feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin and the gentle breeze in your hair. With each breath, allow your eyelids to grow heavier, your jaw to relax, and your mind to quiet.

As you inhale, repeat the phrase “I am calm” to yourself. As you exhale, repeat “I am relaxed.”

Deepening:

Now, imagine yourself walking along the beach, feeling the sand beneath your feet. With each step, allow yourself to become more relaxed, more calm, and more focused on the present moment. As you walk, repeat the phrase “I am letting go” to yourself, allowing any tension or stress to release with each step.

You’re now standing at the water’s edge, feeling the waves gently lapping at your feet. Take a moment to notice the sensation of the water, the sound of the waves, and the smell of the ocean air.

Identifying Envy:

(Speak in a gentle, non-judgmental tone)

As you stand at the water’s edge, allow yourself to reflect on any feelings of envy that may be present in your life. Perhaps you find yourself comparing your accomplishments to those of others, feeling inadequate or insufficient. Or maybe you feel a sense of resentment towards those who seem to have more than you.

Acknowledge these feelings, and recognize that they’re a natural part of being human. However, also recognize that these feelings can prevent you from focusing on your own goals, your own growth, and your own well-being.

Reframing Envy:

Imagine that each wave that washes over your feet represents a moment of comparison, a moment of feeling envious. As the wave recedes, imagine that it takes with it any feelings of inadequacy, any sense of resentment.

As the next wave approaches, repeat the phrase “I am enough” to yourself. As the wave washes over your feet, imagine that it brings with it a sense of confidence, a sense of self-worth.

Releasing Envy:

Visualize a bright, warm light beginning to emanate from within your body. As this light grows, it fills any areas where envy may be present, dissolving any feelings of comparison or competition.

Imagine that this light is transforming any negative thoughts or feelings into positive, empowering ones. As you exhale, repeat the phrase “I release my need to compare” to yourself. As you inhale, repeat “I am focused on my own path.”

Focusing on Self:

Now, imagine yourself standing in front of a beautiful, tranquil garden. This garden represents your own life, your own path, and your own growth. As you walk through the garden, notice the beauty, the wonder, and the uniqueness of each flower, each tree, and each aspect of the garden.

Remember that your own journey is unlike anyone else’s. Your own strengths, your own talents, and your own experiences make you who you are. Repeat the phrase “I am unique and valuable” to yourself.

Integration and Empowerment:

As you stand in this tranquil garden, take a moment to notice how you feel. Notice the sense of confidence, the sense of self-worth, and the sense of focus that’s present.

Remember, that you have the power to choose where you focus your attention. You can choose to focus on your own growth, your own well-being, and your own path. Repeat the phrase “I am in control of my focus” to yourself.

Closure:

As you stand in this beautiful garden, take a deep breath in, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. Remember, the insights and feelings you’ve experienced during this session will remain with you, guiding you as you continue on your journey of growth and self-discovery.

Post-Hypnotic Suggestions:

As you go about your day, whenever you find yourself feeling envious or comparing yourself to others, repeat the phrase “I am enough” to yourself. Remember to focus on your own path, your own growth, and your own well-being. And when you find yourself feeling tempted to compare or compete, take a deep breath in, and remind yourself that your own journey is unique and valuable.

Overcome Bitter Envy with Hypnotherapy Script

To overcome bitter envy, practice gratitude for your own blessings, cultivate empathy and compassion for others, and seek spiritual guidance by focusing on God’s love and plans for your life. You can also replace envy with kindness, choose to forgive, and nurture self-compassion.

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script for overcoming bitter envy:

Induction:

(Soothing music plays in the background)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll let go of bitter envy and cultivate a sense of inner peace and self-acceptance. Find a comfortable position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Imagine yourself standing on a peaceful beach at sunset. Feel the warm sand beneath your feet, the gentle ocean breeze on your skin, and the sound of the waves gently lapping at the shore.

As you breathe in, allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension. As you breathe out, imagine any stress or anxiety leaving your body.

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I let go’ to yourself. Allow your body to relax further, feeling your muscles release any tension.

Deepening:

“Imagine yourself descending a staircase, with each step taking you deeper into relaxation. With each step, you feel yourself becoming more calm, more relaxed, and more open to positive change.

As you reach the bottom of the staircase, imagine yourself entering a peaceful garden. Notice the vibrant flowers, the soothing sounds of nature, and the warm sunlight on your skin.

Positive Suggestions:

“Now, imagine a bright, white light filling your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light fills your body, it brings with it a sense of self-acceptance, self-love, and inner peace.

Imagine any bitter envy, any feelings of inadequacy or resentment, leaving your body with each breath. Allow yourself to let go of any attachment to these emotions, and instead, cultivate a sense of gratitude and appreciation for your unique journey.

Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your subconscious mind:

* ‘I let go of bitter envy and cultivate inner peace.’

* ‘I trust that my journey is unique and valuable.’

* ‘I celebrate my strengths and accomplishments.’

* ‘I release comparisons and focus on my own path.’

Visualization:

“Imagine yourself in a situation where you would normally feel bitter envy. Perhaps you’re in a meeting, and someone else is receiving recognition for their work. Or maybe you’re in a conversation, and someone else is sharing their success.

As you imagine this situation, notice how you feel. Notice any thoughts or emotions that arise. Now, imagine yourself responding in a new way. Imagine yourself feeling calm, confident, and self-assured.

See yourself celebrating others’ successes, and feeling grateful for your own journey. Feel a sense of inner peace and contentment, knowing that you’re on your own unique path.

Releasing Bitter Envy:

“Now, imagine a small, insignificant-looking package in front of you. This package represents bitter envy. Imagine picking it up, feeling its weight, and noticing any emotions or thoughts that arise.

As you hold this package, repeat the phrase ‘I let go’ to yourself. Imagine the package dissolving into thin air, leaving you feeling lighter, freer, and more at peace.

Counting Up:

“When I’m finished counting, you’ll feel refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the world with a newfound sense of self-acceptance and inner peace.

Starting with5… you begin to feel more alert, more awake.

4… you start to feel more energized, more motivated.

3… you feel yourself becoming more confident, more self-assured.

Post-Hypnotic Suggestion:

“Remember, you have the power to choose how you respond to situations. You can choose to let go of bitter envy and cultivate a sense of inner peace and self-acceptance. Trust yourself, trust the process, and know that you’re capable of making positive changes in your life.”

(Soothing music continues to play for another minute before slowly fading out)
