Release Anxiety and Feel Peaceful, Calm, and Free with Hypnotherapy

Here is a deeply calming, safety-focused hypnotherapy script designed to help release anxiety and gently guide the nervous system into a state of peace, calm, and inner freedom. It avoids forcing relaxation and instead allows calm to emerge naturally.

Hypnotherapy Script: Release Anxiety and Feel Peaceful, Calm, and Free

Induction – Allowing Calm to Begin

Take a slow, gentle breath in through your nose…
and release it slowly through your mouth.

Again… breathing in ease…
and breathing out tension.

You don’t need to relax perfectly.
You don’t need to make anxiety disappear.

Simply allow yourself to be here.

Let your eyes close now,
and notice that your body is being supported.

In this moment…
nothing is required of you.

Deepening – Settling the Nervous System

As your breathing finds its own rhythm,
your body begins to recognize safety.

I will count slowly from 10 down to 1,
and with each number,
your system settles a little more.

10… letting go
9… softening
8… slowing
7… unwinding
6… relaxing
5… halfway now
4… calmer
3… steady
2… peaceful
1… deeply relaxed

You are now in a gentle state of calm awareness.

Core Work – Releasing Anxiety with Compassion

Notice the sensation of anxiety…
wherever it lives in your body.

You don’t need to label it as wrong.

Anxiety has been trying to protect you.

And now…
it can rest.

Imagine gently placing your hand
over the area where anxiety lives.

Offer it kindness.

You may silently say:

“Thank you for trying to keep me safe.”

As anxiety feels acknowledged,
its grip begins to loosen.

Letting Anxiety Move Through and Out

Imagine anxiety as energy…
energy that no longer needs to stay stuck.

With each exhale,
that energy begins to move…
flowing downward and out.

You are not pushing it away.
You are allowing it to pass through.

Silently repeat:

“I allow my body to release anxiety.”

Feel the lightness as space opens within you.

Introducing Peace and Calm

Now notice what remains when anxiety softens…

A quiet calm.
A sense of space.
A gentle freedom.

This calm does not need to be earned.

It has always been here.

You may affirm:

“Peace is safe for me.”
“Calm is my natural state.”
“I am free to feel at ease.”

Let these truths settle deeply.

Integration – Anchoring Freedom

Imagine a soft, steady light filling your body.

This light represents peace and freedom.

It flows through your chest…
your shoulders…
your stomach…

Releasing old tension.

You realize…
you are not trapped by anxiety.

You are learning to move through it.

Emergence – Returning Peaceful and Clear

In a moment,
you will return to full awareness…

bringing with you a sense of calm clarity
and emotional freedom.

I will count from 1 to 5.

1… gently returning
2… awareness of your body
3… moving fingers and toes
4… feeling calm and present
5… eyes open, peaceful, and free

Closing Affirmation

Remember:

Anxiety is not who you are.
It is something your body learned.
And it can learn calm again.

You are safe.
You are capable.
You are free.

Address all blockages that lead to Conditional Love with Hypnotherapy

This is a hypnotherapy script to address all blockages that lead to conditional love involves understanding the root causes of these blockages and crafting a narrative that guides the listener through a process of identification, release, and transformation.

Conditional love often stems from past experiences, traumas, or learned behaviors that affect one’s ability to give and receive love freely. Below is a sample hypnotherapy script aimed at removing blockages to conditional love.

*Induction:*

(Soft, calming music in the background)

“Find a comfortable position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Feel the air fill your lungs and then release. Allow yourself to relax further with each breath you take. Imagine any tension or stress leaving your body with each exhalation.”

*Deepening:*

“Now, visualize yourself standing at the top of a peaceful staircase, leading down to a place of deep relaxation and healing. With each step you take downwards, you feel more relaxed, more at peace. Your heart is open, and your mind is clear.”

*Identifying Blockages:*

“As you continue down these stairs, you come across a room. In this room, there are boxes, each labeled with a different emotion or experience that may have led to conditional love: fear, hurt, rejection, abandonment, or any other that resonates with you. Notice these boxes, but do not open them yet.”

*Exploring Origins:*

“Go to one of the boxes that draws your attention. This box represents one of the blockages to unconditional love. Open it slowly. As you do, recall the first time you felt this emotion or experienced this event. Allow yourself to fully experience it, but from a place of safety and detachment.”

*Releasing and Transforming:*

“Now, imagine that with this memory comes a color. This color represents the emotion or experience. As you breathe in, imagine fresh, healing light entering your body. As you breathe out, imagine this light mixing with the color of the memory, transforming it into a lighter, more peaceful shade.”

*Generalizing the Release:*

“As you continue to breathe in this healing light, imagine it spreading throughout your body, touching every part of you. With each breath, feel any remaining blockages, any other conditional love barriers, begin to dissolve. See yourself surrounded by a radiant, loving light. This light represents unconditional love – pure, free, and abundant.”

*Integrating Unconditional Love:*

“Allow this light to fill you, to become part of you. Imagine it repairing any wounds, calming any fears, and reassuring any doubts you have about being worthy of love and capable of giving it freely. You are deserving of unconditional love. You are capable of giving and receiving it.”

*Future Scene:*

“Visualize yourself in future scenarios, interacting with loved ones, friends, and even those you may have challenges with. See yourself responding with compassion, empathy, and unconditional love. Imagine the positive impacts on your relationships and on yourself.”

*Counting Up:*

“When you’re ready, slowly make your way back up the staircase. With each step, you feel more refreshed, more positive, with a heart full of love. Take your time.”

*Awakening:*

“As you reach the top, take a deep breath in, feeling invigorated and renewed. When you’re ready, gently open your eyes. Take a moment to notice how you feel before getting up and going about your day.”

*Post-Hypnotic Suggestion:*

“From this moment forward, whenever you need to access this feeling of unconditional love and freedom from past blockages, simply take a deep breath, recall the sensation of the healing light, and allow it to guide you back to this place of peace and love.”
