Letting GO of the Past, Feelings, Thought’s and Emotions linked to Previous Partners with Hypnotherapy 2 of 4

As you’ve released the emotional burdens of the past, imagine yourself stepping into a bright, new light. This light represents your newfound freedom, your empowerment, and your ability to move forward with joy and clarity.

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script to help individuals let go of the past, feelings, thoughts, and emotions linked to previous partners:

*Induction*

“Welcome to this session of hypnotherapy, where you’ll embark on a journey of release and liberation. Allow yourself to settle in, get comfortable, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. As you exhale, feel any tension, anxiety, or stress leave your body.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step representing a deeper state of relaxation. With each breath, take a step down, feeling your body relaxing, your mind quieting, and your heart rate slowing. Take a few moments to settle into this peaceful state…

*Deepening*

“Now, visualize a warm, soothing light filling your entire body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels, it dissolves any remaining tension, melts away worries, and quiets your mind. With each breath, this light grows stronger, calming your entire being.

Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment that feels safe and comforting. This could be a beach at sunset, a forest glade, or a cozy room in your childhood home. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this setting, feeling the tranquility and calmness it brings.

*Regression and Release*

“Now, bring to mind a previous partner or relationship that may still be holding emotional charge for you. Allow the memories, feelings, and emotions associated with this partner to arise. Notice where you feel these sensations in your body. Is it in your heart, your gut, or your chest? Take a moment to acknowledge these feelings, knowing that they are valid and have been a part of your experience.

As you regard these emotions, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I acknowledge these feelings, and I choose to release them now.’ Allow the sensations in your body to begin to dissipate, like mist evaporating in the sun.

Imagine a gentle, sparkling rain falling upon you, washing away the remnants of this relationship. With each drop, feel the emotional charge lessening, the painful memories fading, and the weight of the past lifting.

As you continue to breathe deeply, bring to mind any specific images, words, or moments that still trigger strong emotions. One by one, visualize each of these triggers being enveloped in a soft, white light. This light dissolves the memory, neutralizing its emotional impact, and allowing you to release it once and for all.

*Reframing and Integration*

“Now, as you’ve released the emotional burdens of the past, imagine yourself stepping into a bright, new light. This light represents your newfound freedom, your empowerment, and your ability to move forward with joy and clarity.

Repeat the following affirmation to yourself: ‘I am free from the past, and I choose to create a fulfilling, loving relationship with myself and others.’ Allow these words to resonate deep within your being, filling you with confidence, self-love, and a sense of possibility.

As you continue to breathe deeply, integrate this newfound freedom into your daily life. Imagine yourself navigating relationships with ease, confidence, and a sense of self-worth. Envision yourself attracting positive, loving energies and experiences that nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

*Closure and Awakening*

“As you near the end of this journey, take a moment to acknowledge the progress you’ve made. Celebrate your courage in releasing the past and embracing a brighter future.

When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more at peace. Know that you can return to this peaceful state whenever you need it, and that the tools you’ve acquired will serve you well on your path forward.”

Remember, this is just a sample script, and you should always consult with a qualified hypnotherapist or healthcare professional before using hypnotherapy for personal growth or emotional healing.

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script for letting go of the past, feelings, thoughts, and emotions linked to previous partners:

*Induction*

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll have the opportunity to release the emotional burdens of your past relationships. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, safe space, where you feel completely at ease.

As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs. Hold it for a moment, and then exhale, allowing any tension or stress to leave your body. With each breath, feel your body relaxing further, letting go of any physical or emotional discomfort.

Imagine yourself descending a staircase, with each step, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered. You’re going deeper and deeper into a state of trance, where your subconscious mind is receptive to positive change.

*Deepening*

“You’re now at a depth where you can access your subconscious mind. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by loving energy. Take a moment to notice how your body feels, how your mind feels, and how your emotions feel.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine a warm, soothing light filling your entire body. This light represents peace, love, and self-acceptance. It’s filling every cell, every fiber, and every molecule of your being.

*Letting Go of the Past*

“Now, bring to mind the memories of your previous partners. Allow yourself to recall any emotions, thoughts, or feelings that still linger. Notice how your body responds to these memories. Notice any sensations, any discomfort, or any emotional pain.

As you breathe in, imagine a gentle, loving breeze sweeping through your body, carrying with it all the negative emotions, thoughts, and feelings linked to your past relationships. Imagine this breeze dissolving, releasing, and letting go of all the emotional baggage you’ve been carrying.

“As you exhale, imagine any residual emotions, thoughts, or feelings leaving your body, dissipating into the air, and disappearing into the distance. Repeat after me: ‘I release all emotional attachments to my past relationships. I let go of the pain, the anger, the sadness, and the fear.’

*Visualization*

“Imagine yourself standing in front of a beautiful, serene lake. This lake represents your emotional landscape. Notice how the water reflects your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Now, imagine any ripples, waves, or disturbances on the lake’s surface, symbolizing the turbulent emotions of your past relationships.

As you breathe in, imagine a gentle, soothing energy calming the waters, stilling the ripples, and smoothing the surface. Repeat after me: ‘I calm my emotional waters. I still the turbulence of my past.’

*Forgiveness and Self-Love*

“Bring to mind any feelings of guilt, shame, or regret linked to your past relationships. Notice how your body responds to these emotions. Now, imagine a warm, comforting light surrounding your heart, filling you with compassion, understanding, and self-love.

Repeat after me: ‘I forgive myself for any perceived mistakes or shortcomings. I release all self-criticism and self-doubt. I love and accept myself, exactly as I am.’

*Integration*

“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this peaceful, loving energy integrating into every aspect of your being. Imagine your subconscious mind, your emotions, and your thoughts aligning with this new, empowering perspective.

Remember, you are free to release the past, to let go of the emotional burdens that no longer serve you. You are free to move forward, to embrace new experiences, and to cultivate self-love and self-acceptance.

*Awakening*

“As you slowly come back to full awareness, take with you the sense of peace, calm, and self-love. Remember, this state is always available to you, whenever you need it. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes. You’re back in the present, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to move forward.”

I move forward with confidence, embracing new experiences and cultivating self-love and self-acceptance. I am free to live my life, unencumbered by the past, and filled with hope, joy, and fulfillment.”
