Finding a Lost Ring with Hypnotherapy Part 2 of 3

Your subconscious mind has access to all of your memories, thoughts, and experiences. Trust that it will provide you with the information you need to locate your ring.

Here is our hypnotherapy script to help you access your subconscious mind and potentially locate a lost ring in your house:

*Induction*

(Speak in a calm, soothing voice)

“Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Feel the air fill your lungs, and then release it slowly. Allow yourself to relax, letting go of any tension or stress.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, and with each step down, you feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused. Take your time, and slowly make your way down the stairs, feeling your body and mind letting go of any thoughts or worries.

As you reach the bottom of the stairs, you find yourself in a peaceful, serene environment. It could be a beach, a forest, or a mountain meadow. Take a moment to notice the sights, sounds, and sensations around you. Allow yourself to feel completely relaxed and at ease.”

*Deepening*

“Now, imagine yourself sinking deeper into relaxation, feeling your body become heavier, more relaxed, and more calm. Your eyelids grow heavy, and your breath becomes slower and more rhythmic. You feel yourself letting go of any thoughts or distractions, and focusing inward, toward your subconscious mind.

Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light fills you, it brings with it a sense of calm, clarity, and focus. Allow yourself to absorb this light, feeling it nourish and rejuvenate your mind and body.”

*Accessing the Subconscious*

“Now, imagine yourself standing in front of a large, old-fashioned door. This door represents the entrance to your subconscious mind. Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, imagine the door slowly creaking open.

As you step through the doorway, you find yourself in a vast, inner library, filled with shelves upon shelves of books, each one containing memories, thoughts, and experiences from your past. The room is quiet, and the air is filled with the scent of old books and papers.

Imagine yourself walking through the library, running your fingers over the spines of the books, feeling the texture of the covers, and noticing the titles and authors. As you browse, you come across a section of books that seems to be glowing with a soft, gentle light.

These books represent your memories of the lost ring. Take a moment to pull one of the books off the shelf, and open it to a page that feels significant.

Allow yourself to remember the last time you saw the ring, where you were, what you were doing, and what you were thinking.”

*Locating the Ring*

“Imagine yourself re-living the memory, seeing the ring on your finger, or in the location where you last remember seeing it. Take a moment to notice any details that might have been overlooked before.

Where were you standing?

What was around you?

What did you do after you took off the ring?

As you relive the memory, imagine yourself fast-forwarding through time, seeing the ring being moved from one location to another.

Allow yourself to notice any clues or hints that might reveal the ring’s current location.

Take a moment to ask your subconscious mind,

‘Where is the ring now?’

or

‘What happened to the ring after I last saw it?’

Allow yourself to receive any impressions, images, or sensations that might come to you.

Remember, your subconscious mind has access to all of your memories, thoughts, and experiences. Trust that it will provide you with the information you need to locate the ring.”

*Counting Up and Grounding*

“When you’re ready, take a deep breath, and begin to count yourself up, from 1 to 5. As you count, imagine yourself slowly returning to the present moment, feeling more alert, more focused, and more grounded.

1… You start to feel a sense of awareness, a sense of being present in your body.
2… Your breath becomes more regular, and your heart rate slows down.
3… You feel yourself becoming more alert, more focused, and more aware of your surroundings.
4… You start to notice the sensations in your body, the feeling of your feet on the ground, and the sensation of the air on your skin.
5… You’re fully awake, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take action.

Take a moment to notice any insights, impressions, or memories that arose during the hypnotherapy session. Allow yourself to integrate this new information, and trust that it will guide you in locating the lost ring.”

*Post-Hypnotic Suggestion*

“Remember, your subconscious mind is always working to help you, even when you’re not consciously aware of it. Trust that you have the ability to access your subconscious mind, and that it will provide you with the information you need to locate the lost ring.

If you need to, repeat the phrase ‘I remember where I put the ring’ or ‘I trust my subconscious mind to guide me’ to yourself, allowing the words to sink deep into your mind, and the truth to reveal itself to you.”

*Awakening*

“Take a deep breath, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. Take a moment to notice how you feel, and what you’ve learned. Remember, the insights and impressions you received during the hypnotherapy session are always available to you, and can be accessed whenever you need them.”

Access and process Deep-seated Emotions, Memories, and Experiences with Hypnotherapy

Deep-seated emotions, often rooted in past experiences, can be accessed and processed through various therapeutic techniques, allowing for emotional healing and personal growth. Practices like Brain spotting, emotional awareness exercises, can help individuals confront and release these emotions, ultimately leading to improved mental well-being.

Creating a safe space or a “spirit room” in the subconscious mind is a powerful technique used in hypnotherapy to help clients access and process deep-seated emotions, memories, and experiences.

Here’s a sample script to guide you:

Induction and Relaxation

(Soft, calming music plays in the background)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll explore your subconscious mind and create a safe space for healing and growth. Find a comfortable seated or lying position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in… and out…

Allow your body to relax, starting from your toes, up to the top of your head. As you exhale, feel any tension or stress leave your body. Take another deep breath in… and out…

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a peaceful staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each step down, feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and calm. Take your first step down… and down… and down…

Accessing the Subconscious Mind

“Now, visualize a warm, golden light beginning to fill your body. This light represents your subconscious mind, where thoughts, emotions, and memories reside. As the light grows brighter, feel yourself becoming more connected to your inner self.

Imagine a gentle, soothing voice whispering in your mind, ‘You are safe, you are protected, and you are in control.’ Repeat this phrase to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your subconscious mind.

Creating the Spirit Room

“Now, visualize a beautiful, serene room in your mind. This is your spirit room, a sacred space where you can explore, heal, and grow. See this room in vivid detail, with a comfortable chair, a peaceful color scheme, and any other elements that bring you calm and tranquility.

As you enter this room, notice the sensation of your feet touching the ground. Feel the stability and support beneath you. Allow yourself to settle into this space, feeling completely safe and protected.

Guided Exploration

“In this spirit room, imagine a gentle, guiding presence. This could be a wise, compassionate friend, a spiritual guide, or even a part of your own higher self. This presence is here to support and guide you on your journey.

Ask this presence to reveal to you a area of your life where you may be holding onto emotional blockages or unconscious patterns. Allow yourself to explore this area, without judgment, and with curiosity.

Processing and Release

“As you explore this area, notice any emotions, sensations, or thoughts that arise. Allow yourself to fully experience these feelings, knowing that you are safe and supported.

If you encounter any resistance or discomfort, imagine your guiding presence offering you comfort, reassurance, and guidance. Remember, you are in control, and you can return to this safe space whenever you need to.

Take a deep breath in… and out… and as you exhale, imagine any emotional blockages or unconscious patterns beginning to release and let go. Allow yourself to feel lighter, freer, and more relaxed.

Integration and Awakening

“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine the insights and awareness you’ve gained in this spirit room integrating into your conscious mind. Take a moment to reflect on any new perspectives, understandings, or sense of peace that you’ve discovered.

When you’re ready, slowly begin to bring your attention back to the present moment. Take a deep breath in… and out… and when you’re ready, gently open your eyes.

Grounding and Reorientation

“Take a moment to ground yourself, feeling your feet on the ground, and your body in the present moment. Notice how you’re feeling, and take a deep breath in… and out…

Remember, this spirit room is always available to you, a safe and sacred space for exploration, healing, and growth. You can return to this room whenever you need to, using this script or by simply imagining yourself back in this peaceful, serene environment.”

Post-Hypnotic Suggestion

“From this moment on, whenever you feel stressed, anxious, or uncertain, take a deep breath in… and out… and imagine yourself returning to your spirit room. Allow yourself to feel safe, protected, and guided, knowing that you have the power to create positive change in your life.”

This script serves as a guide, and you can modify it to suit your client’s specific needs and preferences. Always ensure that your client is comfortable and consenting to the process.
