Healing Core Betrayal Wound’s with Hypnotherapy

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script for healing core betrayal wounds:

Introduction and Induction

(Speak in a calm, soothing voice)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll have the opportunity to heal and release any core betrayal wounds that may be holding you back. Allow yourself to get comfortable, either sitting or lying down, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Imagine yourself in a safe and peaceful place, where you feel completely relaxed and protected. This could be a beach, a forest, or any other location that brings you a sense of calm and serenity.

As you breathe in, allow yourself to relax further, feeling any tension or stress melt away. And as you breathe out, imagine any worries or concerns leaving your body.

Now, I’ll guide you into a deeper state of relaxation, using a count of ten. As I count, allow yourself to feel more relaxed and focused with each number.”

(Count from 10 to 1, using a slow and soothing tone)

Deepening the Relaxation

“Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with ten steps leading down to a peaceful and serene place. With each step, you’ll feel more relaxed and focused.

As you take the first step, feel your feet connecting with the step below. Your legs begin to relax, and any tension in your body starts to release.

Take the second step, and feel your hips and lower back relaxing. Your breathing becomes slower and more relaxed.

Continue down the stairs, feeling more relaxed with each step. Your mind becomes quieter, and your body feels heavier, as if sinking into the earth.

At the bottom of the stairs, you find yourself in a peaceful and serene place. Allow yourself to take a moment to notice the sights, sounds, and sensations in this space.”

Accessing the Betrayal Wound

“Now, imagine a light beginning to shine in front of you. This light represents your inner wisdom and guidance. As you focus on this light, allow yourself to access any memories or experiences that may be connected to feelings of betrayal.

Perhaps you recall a specific event or situation where you felt betrayed by someone else, or maybe you’ve been carrying around feelings of self-betrayal. Allow these memories to arise, without judgment or attachment.

As you focus on this experience, notice how your body is responding. Are there any areas of tension or discomfort? Allow yourself to acknowledge these sensations, and know that you’re safe and supported in this space.”

Releasing the Betrayal Wound

“Now, imagine a warm, soothing energy beginning to flow into your body. This energy is like a gentle breeze on a summer day, calming and peaceful.

As this energy flows into your body, it begins to fill any areas of tension or discomfort. Imagine this energy soothing and calming your nervous system, releasing any emotional charge connected to the betrayal wound.

As you exhale, imagine any feelings of anger, hurt, or resentment leaving your body. Allow yourself to release any need to hold onto these emotions, knowing that they no longer serve you.

With each breath, feel yourself becoming lighter, freer, and more at peace. Your body begins to relax further, and your mind becomes quieter.

Now, imagine a bright, pulsing light beginning to fill the space where the betrayal wound was held. This light represents your own inner healing and wisdom, and it’s filling any areas of emptiness or pain.

As this light grows brighter, imagine it spreading throughout your body, filling you with a sense of wholeness and completeness. You begin to feel more grounded, more centered, and more connected to your own inner guidance.”

Integration and Closure

“Take a moment to notice how you’re feeling now. Notice any shifts in your body or your emotions. Allow yourself to integrate this new sense of peace and wholeness, knowing that it’s always available to you.

As you slowly begin to come back to full awareness, remember that you can return to this peaceful and serene space anytime you need to. You can access this sense of calm and relaxation whenever you feel stressed or overwhelmed.

Take a deep breath in, and when you’re ready, you can open your eyes. Remember to take this sense of peace and wholeness with you, and know that you’re always supported and guided on your journey towards healing and growth.”

Post-Hypnotic Suggestions

(Speak in a calm, gentle voice)

“From this day forward, you’ll find that you’re more resilient and better able to cope with challenging situations. You’ll trust yourself and your own inner wisdom, knowing that you have the ability to navigate any obstacle that comes your way.

You’ll feel more grounded and centered, with a deeper sense of connection to your own heart and intuition. You’ll be kinder and more compassionate towards yourself, and you’ll trust that you’re always doing the best you can.

Remember, healing is a journey, and it’s okay to take things one step at a time. You’re strong, capable, and deserving of love, care, and compassion – not just from others, but from yourself as well.”

Purify your Words with Hypnotherapy

Words are spiritual elements.

James 3:6 says the tongue is a fire; the power for any change that you desire is in your tongue. Jesus said you shall have what you say (Mark 11:23). If you speak confusing words, the result is that your life will be confusing, because you’re giving confusing signals.

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script for purifying your words:

Introduction

(Soft, calming music starts playing. The hypnotherapist speaks in a gentle, soothing voice.)

Hypnotherapist: “Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey to purify your words and communicate with greater clarity, kindness, and intention. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allow yourself to relax, feeling the tension melt away with each exhalation.”

Induction

Hypnotherapist: “Close your eyes and imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment. It could be a quiet forest, a mountain meadow, or a tranquil ocean shore. Take a moment to notice the sights, sounds, and sensations around you, allowing yourself to feel more relaxed and calm with each breath.

As you inhale, imagine fresh, clean air filling your lungs. As you exhale, imagine any stress, anxiety, or tension leaving your body. Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts, worries, or concerns, simply focusing on the sensation of the breath moving in and out of your body.

Now, imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to emanate from the crown of your head. This light represents clarity, kindness, and intention. As it flows down through your body, it fills your throat, your mouth, and your tongue, preparing you to communicate with greater ease, empathy, and understanding.”

Deepening

Hypnotherapist: “As the light continues to flow, imagine it filling your entire body, nourishing your cells, and rejuvenating your tissues. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered.

Imagine yourself standing in front of a peaceful, still lake. Notice the reflections on the water’s surface, representing your thoughts, words, and actions. Imagine any ripples, distortions, or imperfections on the surface beginning to smooth out, as if the water is becoming calmer and clearer.

As you gaze into the lake, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘My words are pure, kind, and intentional.’ Allow the meaning of these words to sink deeply into your mind and heart, filling you with a sense of clarity, empathy, and responsibility.”

Purification

Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine a powerful, cleansing energy beginning to flow through your words.

This energy is like a gentle stream, washing away any impurities, doubts, or fears that may be hindering your communication.

As this energy flows, imagine it cleansing your words of any negativity, criticism, or judgment.

Envision any harsh, hurtful, or unkind words being washed away, replaced by a sense of kindness, compassion, and understanding.

Imagine this energy flowing through your conversations, nourishing your relationships, and uplifting those around you. Feel your words becoming more gentle, more thoughtful, and more considerate, as if you’re speaking from a place of deep wisdom and empathy.

As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following affirmations to yourself:

* ‘I choose my words wisely.’

* ‘My words are a reflection of my heart.’

* ‘I communicate with kindness and compassion.’

* ‘My words have the power to heal and uplift.’

Allow these affirmations to sink deeply into your mind and heart, filling you with a sense of purpose, responsibility, and integrity. Imagine yourself communicating with greater ease, confidence, and effectiveness, as if your words are having a positive impact on the world around you.”

Reprogramming

Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself in a situation where you would normally react with harsh or unkind words. See yourself responding instead with kindness, compassion, and understanding. Imagine the positive impact your words have on the person or situation, and feel a sense of pride and satisfaction in your ability to communicate effectively.

Now, imagine yourself in a situation where you need to express yourself assertively. See yourself speaking clearly, confidently, and respectfully, without harming or offending others. Imagine the sense of empowerment and self-respect you feel in being able to express yourself in a healthy and positive way.

As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am a master of my words, and I choose to use them for the highest good.’ Allow the meaning of these words to sink deeply into your mind and heart, filling you with a sense of clarity, purpose, and intention.”

Conclusion

Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply, feeling the relaxation and purification spreading throughout your body, remember that this sense of clarity and kindness is always available to you. You can return to this peaceful state whenever you need to, simply by taking a few deep breaths and focusing on the sensation of the breath moving in and out of your body.

When you’re ready, slowly begin to bring your attention back to the present moment.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine yourself returning to your daily life, feeling more relaxed, more centered, and more mindful of your words. Remember to choose your words wisely, to listen deeply, and to communicate with kindness, compassion, and empathy.

As you open your eyes, take a moment to notice how you’re feeling. Notice any shifts in your body, your energy, or your mood.

Remember that the purification process is ongoing, and that your words are always a reflection of your thoughts, intentions, and values.

Take one final, deep breath in, and when you’re ready, slowly return to your daily activities, feeling more confident, more compassionate, and more committed to using your words for the highest good.”

(Soft music continues to play for another minute or two, allowing the listener to slowly return to a state of full awareness.)
