Activate your next level Subconscious Mind with Emotions using Hypnotherapy

See yourself feeling confident, successful, and fulfilled. Feel the emotions of pride, satisfaction, and happiness.

Introduction to Hypnotherapy Script: Activating the Subconscious Mind with Emotions

This script is designed to guide you into a deep state of relaxation, allowing you to access and activate your subconscious mind, leveraging the power of emotions to create lasting positive changes.

Pre-Hypnotherapy Instructions:

1. Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit or lie down where you won’t be disturbed.

2. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, feeling the air move in and out of your body.

3. Allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress, feeling your muscles relax with each exhale.

Induction:

(Speak slowly and calmly)

“Welcome to this journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Allow yourself to settle in, feeling the weight of your body on the chair or bed, supported and safe. Take a deep breath in, hold it for a moment, and as you exhale, feel any tension or stress leave your body.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. As you begin to descend, feel your eyelids growing heavy, your breathing slowing, and your mind quieting.

With each step, repeat the phrase ‘I let go’ to yourself, releasing any thoughts, worries, or concerns. Allow yourself to surrender, feeling your body and mind relax further with each step.

As you reach the bottom of the staircase, you find yourself in a peaceful, serene environment. It could be a beach, a forest, or a mountain meadow – wherever you feel most at ease. Take a moment to notice the sights, sounds, and sensations around you, feeling a sense of calm and tranquility.”

Deepening:

“Now, imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light spreads, it dissolves any remaining tension, filling you with a sense of relaxation and calm.

As you inhale, imagine fresh, positive energy entering your body, and as you exhale, imagine any doubts, fears, or worries leaving your body. Repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed’ to yourself, feeling the truth of these words with each breath.

Allow yourself to sink deeper into this state of relaxation, feeling your subconscious mind becoming more accessible, more receptive to positive suggestions and change.”

Activating the Subconscious Mind with Emotions:

“Now, bring to mind a memory or experience that evokes strong, positive emotions – joy, happiness, excitement, or love. It could be a favorite childhood memory, a special moment with a loved one, or a personal achievement.

As you recall this memory, allow yourself to fully immerse in the emotions associated with it. Feel the sensations in your body, the smile on your face, and the warmth in your heart. Amplify these emotions, allowing them to grow stronger and more vivid with each passing moment.

As you connect with these positive emotions, repeat the following phrases to yourself:

* ‘I am worthy of love, joy, and happiness.’

* ‘I trust myself and my abilities.’

* ‘I am capable of achieving my dreams.’

Allow these phrases to sink deeply into your subconscious mind, becoming a part of your inner dialogue and self-perception. Feel the emotions associated with these statements growing stronger, more vibrant, and more empowering.

Reinforcing Positive Change:

“Now, imagine yourself in a future scenario, having already achieved your desired goals and outcomes. See yourself feeling confident, successful, and fulfilled. Feel the emotions of pride, satisfaction, and happiness.

As you connect with this future self, repeat the following phrases:

* ‘I am confident in my abilities.’

* ‘I trust myself to make wise decisions.’

* ‘I am deserving of success and happiness.’

Allow these phrases to further reinforce the positive changes you’re making, solidifying your subconscious mind’s commitment to your growth and empowerment.

Counting Up and Awakening:

“When you’re ready, slowly begin to bring yourself back to a state of full awareness. Take a few deep breaths, feeling the air move in and out of your body.

Imagine yourself slowly ascending the staircase, feeling more alert and aware with each step. As you reach the top, take a moment to notice how you feel – more relaxed, more centered, and more empowered.

When you’re ready, you can open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the challenges of your day with confidence and positivity.”

Post-Hypnotherapy Reflection:

Take a few moments to reflect on your experience, noticing any changes in your emotions, thoughts, or physical sensations. Remember that the subconscious mind is a powerful tool, and with consistent practice and reinforcement, you can continue to activate its full potential, achieving lasting positive change and personal growth.
