Letting GO of the Past, Feelings, Thought’s and Emotions linked to Previous Partners with Hypnotherapy 4 of 4

See yourself happy, confident, and at peace. Imagine yourself surrounded by loving, supportive people who make you feel valued and appreciated.

Here is a sample hypnotherapy script for letting go of the past, feelings, thoughts, and emotions linked to previous partners:

*Induction*

(Speak calmly and slowly)

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax. Feel your shoulders drop, your jaw release, and your eyes grow heavy. Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation.

“As you inhale, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs. As you exhale, imagine any tension, stress, or anxiety leaving your body. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered.

“Now, imagine yourself stepping down the staircase, one step at a time. With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused. As you reach the bottom of the staircase, you find yourself in a peaceful, calm, and safe place. Allow yourself to settle in, and feel comfortable.”

*Deepening*

“Imagine yourself surrounded by a warm, calming light. This light represents peace, tranquility, and relaxation. As you inhale, imagine this light filling your body, soothing any areas of tension or discomfort. As you exhale, imagine any remaining tension or stress leaving your body.

“Now, repeat after me: ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am peaceful.'”

*Letting Go of the Past*

“Imagine a large, heavy backpack in front of you. This backpack represents all the feelings, thoughts, and emotions linked to your previous partners. Notice how heavy it feels, how much weight it carries.

“Now, imagine yourself slowly unzipping the backpack, and as you do, all the feelings, thoughts, and emotions linked to your previous partners begin to spill out.

See them, feel them, and acknowledge them.

“As you look at these feelings, thoughts, and emotions, begin to let them go.

Imagine them dissolving into thin air, disappearing, and releasing their hold on you.

Repeat after me: ‘I let go of the past, I release all negative emotions, I am free.’

“With each exhale, feel yourself releasing more and more of these feelings, thoughts, and emotions.

Imagine them floating away, like feathers on the wind, never to return.

“Notice how much lighter you feel, how much freer you are. You are no longer burdened by the weight of the past.”

*Releasing Emotional Attachments*

“Imagine a cord or a thread connecting you to your previous partners. This cord represents the emotional attachment you have to them.

“Now, imagine yourself gently cutting this cord, severing the connection. As you do, feel the emotional attachment release, and the bond break.

“Repeat after me: ‘I release all emotional attachments, I am free to move on, I am worthy of love and happiness.’

“Notice how empowered you feel, how free you are to move on with your life.

You are no longer tied to the past, and you are ready to create a new, brighter future for yourself.”

*Visualization*

“Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, peaceful place. This place represents your future, free from the burdens of the past.

See yourself happy, confident, and at peace. Imagine yourself surrounded by loving, supportive people who make you feel valued and appreciated.

“Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, the breeze in your hair, and the sense of freedom and joy in your heart.

You are free to live your life, to love again, and to create the future you desire.

“Repeat after me: ‘I am worthy of love, I am deserving of happiness, I am free to live my life.'”

*Awakening*

“As you slowly open your eyes, take a deep breath in, and when you’re ready, emerge from your hypnotic state, feeling refreshed, renewed, and empowered.

Remember, you are free to create the life you desire, and you are worthy of love and happiness.”

Remove Driving with Fear with Hypnotherapy 2 of 3

I need you to imagine that with each passing moment, you’re becoming more and more confident, more and more relaxed, more and more in control while driving. You’re feeling a sense of freedom, a sense of empowerment, a sense of calm.

You have the power to control your thoughts, your emotions, and your reactions.

Here is a sample hypnotherapy script to help remove driving with fear:

*Induction*

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax. Feel the weight of your seat, the sensation of the air on your skin, and the sound of my voice guiding you. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, safe place, where you feel completely relaxed and at ease.

As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to imagine that with each exhale, you’re releasing any tension, any stress, any anxiety. Allow your eyelids to grow heavy, your jaw to relax, and your shoulders to drop. You’re becoming more and more relaxed with each passing moment.

Now, imagine yourself drifting down into a peaceful, relaxing state. You’re becoming more and more relaxed, more and more relaxed. Your conscious mind is quieting down, and your subconscious mind is opening up, ready to receive positive suggestions.”

*Deepening*

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax even further. Imagine yourself sinking deeper into this peaceful state, where you’re completely relaxed and calm. You’re letting go of any thoughts, any worries, any fears. You’re simply focusing on the sound of my voice and the sensation of relaxation in your body.

As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to repeat after me: ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am in control.’ Say it with me: ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am in control.'”

* Regression and Reframing*

“Now, I want you to imagine yourself driving. You’re behind the wheel, feeling confident and in control. You’re gliding smoothly through the roads, feeling safe and secure. Notice how your body feels relaxed, how your mind is clear and focused.

As you continue to drive, I want you to remember a specific time when you felt fearful or anxious while driving. It could be a recent experience or a memory from the past. Allow yourself to relive that moment, but with a twist.

This time, as you’re driving, I want you to imagine that you’re surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This light is filling your entire body, making you feel safe, calm, and confident. You’re breathing deeply, and with each exhale, you’re releasing any fear, any anxiety, any self-doubt.

As you continue to drive, I want you to repeat after me: ‘I am in control, I am safe, I am confident.’ Say it with me: ‘I am in control, I am safe, I am confident.’ Feel the words sinking deep into your subconscious mind, replacing any negative thoughts or feelings.

Now, I want you to imagine that with each passing moment, you’re becoming more and more confident, more and more relaxed, more and more in control while driving. You’re feeling a sense of freedom, a sense of empowerment, a sense of calm.

You’re realizing that driving is a normal, natural part of life, and that you have the power to control your thoughts, your emotions, and your reactions. You’re becoming more and more confident in your ability to drive safely and calmly.”

*Reinforcement and Anchoring*

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to seal in these positive feelings and thoughts. Imagine that with each passing day, you’re becoming more and more confident, more and more relaxed, more and more in control while driving.

As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to anchor these feelings in your subconscious mind. Imagine that you’re placing a small, gentle hand on your heart, and as you do, you’re saying to yourself: ‘I am confident, I am safe, I am in control.’

Whenever you find yourself in a driving situation, I want you to take a deep breath, place your hand on your heart, and repeat those words to yourself: ‘I am confident, I am safe, I am in control.’ Feel the calm, confident energy spreading through your body, reminding you that you’re in control, you’re safe, and you’re confident.

You’re doing great, and I’m proud of you. You’re taking back control of your thoughts, your emotions, and your reactions. You’re becoming the confident, calm, and relaxed driver you deserve to be.”

* Awakening*

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to slowly return to a state of full awareness. Notice how you’re feeling more relaxed, more calm, and more confident. You can open your eyes when you’re ready, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on any driving situation with confidence and ease.

Remember, you have the power to control your thoughts, your emotions, and your reactions. You’re in control, you’re safe, and you’re confident. Drive safely, and drive with confidence.”
