With Subconscious Mind Deep Meditation Take Control and Regulate your Digestion with Hypnotherapy script

Imagine under deep hypnosis that you are now visualizing your digestive system working efficiently and effectively, breaking down food easily and effortlessly. See the digestive process becoming smoother and more efficient.

Here is a revised hypnotherapy script to help you take control and regulate your digestion with deep meditation and the subconscious mind:

*Induction*

Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful meadow, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature. Feel the warm sun on your skin, and the gentle breeze in your hair.

With each breath, allow yourself to relax a little more, letting go of any tension or stress. Feel your muscles releasing, your mind quieting, and your body becoming heavier.

*Deepening*

Now, imagine yourself taking a step forward, and as you do, feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation. With each step, allow yourself to let go of more and more of your conscious thoughts, sinking deeper into your subconscious mind.

You are now at a depth where you can access your subconscious mind, and you are ready to receive the suggestions that will help you take control of your digestion.

*Digestion Regulation*

Imagine that you are now focusing your attention on your digestive system. See your stomach and intestines working efficiently and effectively, breaking down food easily and effortlessly.

Feel your digestive system relaxing, becoming more calm and peaceful. See the digestive process becoming smoother and more efficient.

Repeat the following affirmation to yourself:

“My digestive system is calm and peaceful, working efficiently and effectively. I am in control of my digestion, and I trust my body to respond to my thoughts and desires.”

*Subconscious Suggestion*

Allow yourself to access your subconscious mind, and repeat the following suggestion to yourself:

“My subconscious mind is now taking control of my digestion, regulating it to a calm and peaceful level. I trust my subconscious mind to make the necessary adjustments to keep my digestion in balance and harmony.”

*Visualization*

Imagine that you are now visualizing your digestive system working efficiently and effectively, breaking down food easily and effortlessly. See the digestive process becoming smoother and more efficient.

Feel your body and mind responding to your visualization, becoming more relaxed and peaceful.

*Sealing the Shift*

As you continue to breathe in this peaceful state, imagine that you are sealing this shift in consciousness, making it permanent and irreversible.

You are now in control of your digestion, and you are living in a state of balance and harmony.

*Counting Up*

When you are ready, slowly begin to count up from 1 to 5, and as you do, allow yourself to return to the present moment, feeling more relaxed, calm, and in control of your digestion.

5… 4… 3… 2… 1.

*Final Suggestion*

Remember, you are now in control of your digestion. May you continue to walk in the light of your own strength, guiding yourself towards a brighter, more balanced future.

Take a deep breath, and when you’re ready, you can open your eyes.

Say “No” and Take control of your Bad Habits in your life with Hypnotherapy

You are in control of your choices. You are capable of saying no to bad habits, and you are strong and confident. You deserve to live a healthy, happy life, and you are capable of making it happen.

Here is a sample hypnotherapy script to help someone say “no” and take control of bad habits in their life:

Induction

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Imagine any tension, any stress, any anxiety, melting away with each breath.

As you continue to breathe deeply, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and your eyes to gently close. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, safe place, where you feel completely relaxed and at ease.

Allow your body to sink deeper into relaxation, feeling your muscles letting go of any remaining tension. You are safe, you are relaxed, and you are in control.”

Deepening

“Now, imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with 10 steps leading down. With each step, you will feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed, more and more calm.

Take the first step down, and as you do, feel your body relaxing even further. Your muscles are loosening, your mind is calming, and your breath is becoming slower and more peaceful.

Take the second step down, and as you do, feel yourself letting go of any remaining thoughts or worries. You are completely relaxed, completely calm, and completely in control.

Continue down the staircase, taking each step slowly and deliberately, feeling yourself becoming more and more relaxed with each step. You are now at the bottom of the staircase, and you are in a state of deep relaxation.”

Suggestions

“Now, imagine yourself in a situation where you would normally give in to a bad habit. You might be tempted to reach for a cigarette, or to indulge in unhealthy snacks, or to procrastinate on an important task.

But this time, something is different. This time, you feel a sense of confidence and self-control. You know that you have the power to say ‘no’ to that bad habit, and to choose a healthier, more positive alternative.

Repeat after me: ‘I am in control of my choices. I am capable of saying no to bad habits. I am strong and confident, and I choose to live a healthy, happy life.’

Imagine yourself saying ‘no’ to that bad habit, with ease and confidence. You feel a sense of pride and accomplishment, knowing that you are taking control of your life and making positive changes.”

Visualization

“Now, imagine yourself in the future, living a life free from the grip of bad habits. You wake up each morning feeling refreshed and energized, with a sense of purpose and direction.

You imagine yourself engaging in activities that bring you joy, and making healthy choices that nourish your body and mind. You feel proud of yourself for taking control of your life, and for making positive changes that will bring you long-term happiness and success.

Imagine yourself looking in the mirror, feeling proud of the person you see. You are strong, you are confident, and you are in control. You are living a life that is free from the negative influences of bad habits, and you are thriving as a result.”

Counting

“Now, I want you to slowly start to count from 1 to 5, and as you do, you will begin to feel yourself returning to a state of full awareness. You will remember everything we’ve discussed, and you will feel confident and in control.

1… feeling more alert, more focused, and more in control

2… remembering the suggestions we’ve made, and feeling confident in your ability to say no to bad habits

3… feeling more energized, more motivated, and more committed to living a healthy, happy life

4… knowing that you are capable of overcoming any obstacle, and that you are strong and resilient

5… feeling fully awake, fully alert, and fully in control.”

Final Suggestions

“Remember, you are in control of your choices. You are capable of saying no to bad habits, and you are strong and confident. You deserve to live a healthy, happy life, and you are capable of making it happen.

Take one final, deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine yourself stepping into a bright, confident, and empowered future. You got this!”
