Theme: Safety, Body Trust, Releasing Fear, Reducing Guarding, and Creating New Calm Associations
Therapeutic Purpose: This script is designed for women who experience fear of penetration or subconscious sexual fear responses linked to previous painful experiences, trauma, fear of injury, shame, anxiety, fear of losing control, or subconscious body guarding.
Important Clinical Note: This script is intended for the fear, anxiety, and protective tension component of the experience. It should be used gently and trauma-informed, and not as a substitute for medical assessment, pelvic floor therapy, or trauma-specialized psychological care where needed.

This script should be delivered very slowly, gently, and with strong trauma-informed pacing, especially where previous pain, sexual trauma, or fear-based body guarding are part of the experience. The emphasis should always be on safety, choice, body autonomy, and trust, never pressure.
