Stop Vaping Today with Hypnotherapy

The truth about vaping is still very much up in the air, as the studies haven’t been able to run for long enough to be conclusive. This said, there are many things which have demonstrated that vaping is far from benign. It might be healthier than smoking.

But it might also be far, far worse. We just don’t know.

Stop Vaping Today with Hypnotherapy Script

Introduction:

Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll discover the power to stop vaping for good. My voice will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, and with your imagination, we’ll work together to overcome the urge to vape.

Induction:

Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Feel the air fill your lungs, and then release any tension as you exhale.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each breath, begin to descend the stairs, feeling your body becoming heavier and more relaxed.

As you reach the bottom of the stairs, imagine a warm, soothing light filling your body, starting from the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes.

Allow this light to melt away any stress or anxiety, replacing it with a sense of calm and tranquility.

Deepening:

Now, imagine yourself in a peaceful place, where you feel completely safe and relaxed. This could be a beach, a forest, or a mountain meadow. Take a moment to notice the sights, sounds, and sensations in this place.

As you breathe in, imagine fresh, clean air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any remaining stress or tension leaving your body. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused.

Reframing:

Now, let’s talk about vaping. Imagine the act of vaping as a habitual behaviour that no longer serves you. See yourself effortlessly putting down the vape, and feeling a sense of pride and accomplishment.

Remember, your body is capable of healing and adapting quickly. With each passing day, your lungs and body will become stronger and healthier, free from the negative effects of vaping.

Imagine the feeling of being in control, of making choices that nourish and support your well-being. See yourself confidently walking away from situations that might trigger the urge to vape, and instead, choosing healthier alternatives.

Visualization:

Imagine yourself in a situation where you would normally reach for a vape. See yourself feeling the urge, but instead of giving in, you take a deep breath and remind yourself of your strength and determination.

Visualize yourself engaging in a healthy activity, such as going for a walk, or chatting with a friend. Feel the sense of enjoyment and satisfaction that comes from choosing a healthier option.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine your body releasing any remaining nicotine or toxins. Envision your lungs clearing, and your overall health improving with each passing day.

Affirmations:

Repeat the following affirmations to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your mind:

* “I am in control of my choices and my health.”

* “I choose to breathe clean, fresh air and live a healthy lifestyle.”

* “I am strong and capable of overcoming any challenge, including the urge to vape.”

* “I deserve to live a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life, free from the negative effects of vaping.”

Counting Up:

When you’re ready, slowly begin to bring your attention back to the present moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine yourself returning to a state of full awareness.

As you count up from 1 to 5, feel yourself becoming more alert and focused:

1. Start to notice your surroundings and the sensation of your body in the present moment.

2. Feel your energy and vitality returning, as if you’ve been refreshed and renewed.

3. Imagine yourself taking the first steps towards a healthier, vape-free lifestyle.

4. See yourself confidently moving forward, making choices that support your well-being and happiness.

5. When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath, knowing that you have the power to stop vaping today and live a healthier, happier life.

Final Reminder:

Remember, you are strong and capable of overcoming the urge to vape.

With hypnotherapy and your own determination, you can stop vaping today and start living the healthy, fulfilling life you deserve.
