14-Week Healing Programme
A Structured Journey from Self-Awareness to Purposeful Living
The Dharma Therapy Healing with Clinical Hypnotherapy™ (DTH-CH Model) is a progressive 14-week programme designed to help clients move through a structured process of healing, personal growth, and purposeful living. Each weekly session builds upon the previous one, combining psychoeducation, therapeutic discussion, evidence-informed psychological interventions, and clinical hypnotherapy where appropriate.
Programme Format
- Duration: 14 Weeks
- Session Length: 60–90 minutes
- Components: Discussion, psychoeducation, therapeutic exercises, clinical hypnotherapy (where appropriate), home practice, and reflection.
- Goal: To develop self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier behaviours, and a life aligned with personal values and purpose.
Week 1 – Awakening Awareness
