Personal Transformation Story 2 of 5
After a Regression Hypnotherapy Session

“My mind used to feel like it never switched off.”

Before the session, I was constantly overthinking.

Everything.

Conversations… decisions… even things that hadn’t happened yet.

It felt like my mind was always trying to prepare, control, or prevent something.

But instead of helping… it just made me anxious.

Even when everything was fine… I didn’t feel calm.

There was always this background tension.
Like something was about to go wrong.

I tried to manage it.
Breathing techniques… distraction… even telling myself to “just relax.”

But nothing really changed.

During the regression session, something clicked.

As I went deeper into the process, I started to see where this pattern came from.

It wasn’t random.

It was something my mind had learned—
a way of trying to stay in control… to stay safe.

And in that moment, I realised:

My overthinking wasn’t helping me.
It was exhausting me.

That awareness alone shifted something.

But what happened next was even more powerful.

I was guided to release that constant need to control everything.

To let go of the tension behind it.

Not by forcing it…
but by allowing it to soften.

And it did.

After the session, the difference was immediate.

My mind felt quieter.

Not empty… just calm.

I could think… without spiralling.

I could sit still… without needing to distract myself.

For the first time in a long time, I felt at ease.

The biggest shift?

I didn’t feel like I had to control everything anymore.

And because of that…

I finally felt in control of myself.

It wasn’t about stopping my thoughts.

It was about changing my relationship with them.

And once that changed…

Everything became lighter.
