Welcome to this hypnotherapy script, designed to help you cultivate mindfulness and presence. Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Induction

(Soothing music plays in the background)

“Welcome to this mindful and present journey. Allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension. Feel the weight of your body sinking into the surface beneath you.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a peaceful staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each step, feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more present.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, begin your journey down the staircase. Step 1, step 2, step 3… Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts, worries, or distractions.

As you descend, notice the sensation of your feet touching the ground. Feel the earth beneath you, supporting your body, and allowing you to relax even further.

Deepening

“Now, imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment. This could be a beach, a forest, or a mountain meadow. Take a moment to visualize this place in vivid detail.

Notice the sights, sounds, and sensations around you. Feel the air on your skin, the temperature, and the texture of the ground beneath you.

As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs. As you exhale, imagine any tension, stress, or distraction leaving your body.

Hypnotic Suggestions

“Allow yourself to feel mindful and present. You are fully engaged in this moment, free from distractions and worries.

Imagine a calm, soothing light filling your body, starting at the crown of your head, and flowing down to your toes. This light represents mindfulness, presence, and clarity.

You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where mindfulness and presence are your natural state.
