    I had two sessions at the Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy Center and still can’t believe the amazing results Gerald achieved in such a short space of time. My first session focussed on stress, anxiety and worry and I found Gerald friendly, professional and easy to talk to. This was my first experience of hypnotherapy and I was astonished when I noticed a change in my negative thinking habits literally on the way home. After two days, I felt completely calm and relaxed, so during my second session a week later Gerald asked me if I wanted to work on something different. I asked if he could help me to become more assertive and be more confident in my decision making process and again I have been thrilled with the outcome.
