Before I provide a hypnotherapy script, I want to emphasize that:
1. I’m not a medical professional, and if you’re experiencing distress or discomfort, please consult a qualified healthcare expert.
2. Hypnotherapy is not a replacement for professional medical or therapeutic treatment.
3. The script I provide is for informational purposes only and should not be used without proper training and guidance.
That being said, I’ll provide a script that may help you with the concept of detaching from an Incubus spirit. Please keep in mind that the effectiveness of this script depends on various factors, including your personal beliefs, willingness, and the complexity of your situation.
*Understanding Incubus and its context:*
An Incubus is a mythological entity believed to be a malevolent spirit that can attach itself to a person, often associated with negative emotions, energy, or experiences. If you’re experiencing feelings of being influenced or attached by such an entity, it’s essential to approach this with a critical and nuanced perspective.
*Hypnotherapy Script: Detaching from the Incubus Spirit*
*Induction:*
(Soft, calming music can be played in the background)
“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Find a comfortable and relaxed position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress.
Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful environment, surrounded by a warm, white light. With each breath, feel this light entering your body, calming your mind and relaxing your muscles.”
*Deepening:*
“As you continue to breathe deeply, allow yourself to descend into a deeper state of relaxation. Imagine yourself descending a staircase, with each step taking you deeper into a calm and peaceful state.
At each step, repeat to yourself: ‘I let go, I release, I relax.’ Allow any thoughts, worries, or concerns to drift away, like clouds disappearing into the sky.”
*Detaching from the Incubus Spirit:*
“Now, imagine that you’re aware of the Incubus spirit inside of you. Visualize it as a dark, misty energy or a presence that you’ve been carrying. See it, feel it, but don’t engage with it.
As you observe this energy, repeat to yourself: ‘I acknowledge its presence, but I choose to release it.’ Imagine a bright, white light beginning to emanate from your body, filling the space around you.
This light represents your inner strength, resilience, and power. As it grows, it begins to push against the dark energy, slowly separating it from your being.
Visualize the Incubus spirit as a separate entity, beginning to move away from you. See it fade into the distance, like a mist evaporating in the sun.
As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrases to yourself: ‘I release the Incubus spirit from my being. I detach from its influence. I reclaim my energy, my power, and my life.'”
*Integration and Grounding:*
“Now, imagine roots growing from the base of your spine, deep into the earth. Feel the stability and grounding that comes with this connection.
As you inhale, visualize fresh, positive energy entering your body through these roots. As you exhale, imagine any remaining darkness or negativity leaving your body.
Repeat to yourself: ‘I am grounded, I am centered, I am in control.’ Allow this sense of balance and harmony to stay with you, long after this session is over.”
*Counting Up:*
“When you’re ready, slowly begin to bring your attention back to your physical body. Take a few deep breaths, and as you exhale, imagine yourself gently rising back up the staircase, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more in control.
Count slowly to yourself: ‘1, 2, 3… I’m back in my body, feeling refreshed and renewed.'”
*Wake-Up:*
“Take one final, deep breath in, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. Take a moment to notice how you’re feeling before getting up and going about your day.”
