Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script for gaining respect from others:

Induction

(Soft, calming music starts playing. Speak in a gentle, soothing tone.)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll discover the power to command respect from others. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Feel the air fill your lungs, and then release any tension or stress as you exhale.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more calm, more centered, and more focused. As you descend the stairs, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and your body to relax, letting go of any thoughts or worries.

You are now standing at the bottom of the stairs, in a peaceful, serene environment. Take a moment to notice the sensation of your feet touching the ground, the sensation of the air on your skin, and the sound of your breath moving in and out of your body.

Deepening

“Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels, it dissolves any tension, any stress, or any self-doubt. You feel your muscles relaxing, your mind quieting, and your heart filling with confidence and self-assurance.

With each breath, this light grows brighter, filling you with a sense of inner strength and self-worth. You are becoming more confident, more assertive, and more respectful of yourself. You are worthy of respect, and you deserve to be treated with kindness and dignity.

Reframing

“Now, imagine yourself in a situation where you feel disrespected or unappreciated. Perhaps someone is talking over you, interrupting you, or belittling your ideas. As you visualize this scenario, notice how you feel. Notice the emotions that arise, the thoughts that run through your mind, and the physical sensations in your body.

Now, imagine yourself responding to this situation with confidence and assertiveness. You stand up straight, look the person in the eye, and express your thoughts and feelings in a clear, respectful tone. You set boundaries, you communicate your needs, and you expect to be treated with respect.

As you practice this new response, notice how you feel. Notice the shift in your emotions, the change in your thoughts, and the sensation of empowerment in your body. You are taking control of the situation, and you are commanding respect from others.

Affirmations

“Repeat the following affirmations to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your subconscious mind:

* I am worthy of respect and dignity.

* I deserve to be treated with kindness and compassion.

* I am confident and assertive in all my interactions.

* I set healthy boundaries and communicate my needs clearly.

* I expect to be treated with respect, and I will not tolerate anything less.

Future Pacing

“Imagine yourself in various situations, where you are interacting with others. You are at work, at home, or in social gatherings. Notice how you feel, notice how you respond, and notice how others react to you. You are confident, assertive, and respectful of yourself and others.

As you visualize these scenarios, imagine the respect and admiration that you receive from others. You are treated with kindness, empathy, and understanding. You are valued and appreciated for who you are, and you feel a sense of pride and self-worth.

Counting Up

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly begin to count up from one to five. With each number, feel yourself becoming more alert, more aware, and more grounded in the present moment.

1… You are becoming more relaxed, more focused, and more connected to your inner self.

2… You are letting go of any thoughts or worries, and you are feeling more centered and calm.

3… You are imagining yourself in a state of complete confidence and self-assurance.

4… You are feeling more assertive, more respectful, and more worthy of respect from others.

5… You are now fully awake, fully alert, and fully empowered to command respect from others.

Take a deep breath in, and when you are ready, slowly open your eyes. Remember the feelings, the thoughts, and the sensations that you experienced during this hypnotherapy session. Carry them with you, and know that you have the power to command respect from others, every day, in every situation.”
