Induction & Relaxation
Find a comfortable position…
Allow your body to settle…
Gently close your eyes…
Take a slow, deep breath in…
…and exhale slowly.
Again… breathe in calm…
…and breathe out tension.
With every breath, feel yourself drifting deeper…
More relaxed… more at ease…
Now bring your awareness to the top of your head…
And allow a wave of relaxation to flow downward…
Relax your forehead…
your eyes… your jaw…
your neck and shoulders…
Let that relaxation move down your arms…
into your chest… your heart…
Softening… releasing…
Allow it to flow into your stomach… your hips…
your legs… and all the way down to your feet…
You are now deeply relaxed… safe… and supported.
Deepening
Imagine yourself walking down a gentle path…
With each step, you feel lighter… freer…
I will count from 10 down to 1…
With each number, you go deeper into calm and healing…
10… drifting…
9… letting go…
8… deeper still…
7… releasing the past…
6… more peaceful…
5… halfway there…
4… calm and safe…
3… deeply relaxed…
2… almost there…
1… completely at ease.
Healing the Heart
Now bring your awareness to your heart…
Notice any feelings there… without judgment…
Pain… sadness… anger… longing…
Whatever is there… is okay.
Now imagine a soft, warm light forming in your heart…
A healing light… gentle and powerful…
This light begins to grow…
Filling your heart with warmth… compassion… and understanding…
This light knows how to heal…
Allow it to touch the pain…
Not to erase it… but to transform it…
Every breath softens the hurt…
Every moment brings more peace…
You are not broken…
You are healing.
Releasing the Past
Now imagine the person from your past standing at a distance…
You are safe… in control…
Notice what still feels unresolved…
And now, from your heart, say silently or aloud:
“I release you…
I release the pain…
I release what no longer serves me.”
See any heavy emotions gently lifting…
Like mist dissolving in sunlight…
You are not forgetting…
You are freeing yourself.
Forgiveness
Forgiveness is not about them…
It is about your peace.
Say within yourself:
“I choose to forgive…
Not because it was okay…
But because I deserve peace.”
Feel the weight lifting…
A sense of lightness returning…
Now gently turn that forgiveness inward…
“I forgive myself…
For what I knew… and what I didn’t know…
I did the best I could.”
Let self-compassion fill every part of you.
Rebuilding Self-Worth
Now see yourself standing strong… whole… complete…
Repeat silently:
“I am worthy of love.”
“I am enough.”
“I am growing into a stronger version of myself.”
Feel these truths settling deeply into your mind…
Your past does not define you…
It refines you.
Opening to Love Again
Now imagine a future version of yourself…
Calm… confident… open…
This version of you feels safe in love…
Respected… valued… understood…
Step into that version of yourself now…
Feel it… embody it… become it…
Your heart is no longer closed…
It is wiser… stronger… and ready.
Integration
Take a deep breath…
Feel gratitude for your healing…
For your courage…
Know that this process continues…

Awakening
