Here is a sample script for a Hypnotherapy Depth Test:

Introduction

“Hello, my name is [Your Name], and I’ll be guiding you through this hypnotherapy depth test. This test is designed to help us understand your ability to enter into a state of deep relaxation and trance. Please find a comfortable seated or lying position, and take a few deep breaths to relax. You can close your eyes if you like, but it’s not necessary.

Remember, hypnosis is a state of focused attention, and you’ll always be in control. You can stop the test at any time if you feel uncomfortable or need to take a break. Are you ready to begin?”

Induction

“Take a deep breath in, hold it for a moment, and exhale slowly. As you exhale, allow your body to relax and let go of any tension. Imagine any stress or anxiety leaving your body with each breath.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with 20 steps leading down to a peaceful, serene place. With each step, you’ll feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused.

Take a step down, and as you do, feel your body relaxing, letting go of any remaining tension. You’re now at step 19.

Take another step down, and as you do, feel your mind quieting, becoming more focused and calm. You’re now at step 18.

Continue down the stairs, taking slow, deliberate steps, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed with each step. As you reach the bottom, you’ll find yourself in a peaceful, serene place, where you can let go of all worries and concerns.”

Depth Test

“Imagine you’re now holding a small, delicate feather in your hand. As I count from one to five, the feather will start to feel heavier, and your hand will start to numb.

One… the feather is starting to feel heavier.

Two… your hand is starting to feel a slight tingling sensation.

Three… the feather is becoming heavier, and your hand is numb.

Four… your hand is completely numb, and you can no longer feel the feather.

Five… your entire arm is numb, and you’re feeling deeply relaxed.

Notice how your body is responding to the suggestion. Take a deep breath and allow yourself to relax further.”

Progressive Anesthesia

“Imagine a warm, soothing light starting to flow into your body, beginning at the crown of your head. As this light flows down through your body, it’s calming and relaxing each muscle, each nerve, and each cell.

The light is now at your shoulders, calming and relaxing any tension or stress.

The light is now at your chest, calming and relaxing your heart rate and breathing.

The light is now at your abdomen, calming and relaxing your digestive system.

The light is now at your lower back, calming and relaxing any pain or discomfort.

The light is now at your legs, calming and relaxing any remaining tension or stress.

Notice how your body is responding to the suggestion. Take a deep breath and allow yourself to relax further.”

Arms Rigidity Test

“Imagine your arms are becoming stiff and rigid, like two iron rods. As I count from one to five, your arms will become more rigid, and you won’t be able to bend them.

One… your arms are starting to feel stiff.

Two… they’re becoming more rigid.

Three… you can’t bend them at all.

Four… they’re completely rigid and stiff.

Five… you’re completely unable to move your arms.

Notice how your body is responding to the suggestion. Take a deep breath and allow yourself to relax further.”

Emergence

“Take a deep breath in, hold it for a moment, and exhale slowly. As you exhale, allow yourself to slowly return to a state of full awareness. Take a moment to notice how you’re feeling.

Open your eyes when you’re ready, and take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, relaxed, and renewed.”

Debriefing

“Take a moment to reflect on your experience during this depth test. Notice how you responded to the suggestions, and how you felt during the test. This information will help us tailor our future hypnotherapy sessions to your individual needs and goals.”

Remember to adjust this script according to your personal style and the specific needs of your clients. It’s essential to create a comfortable and trust-building atmosphere during the test to ensure accurate results.
