Receive Self-Forgiveness for your Actions of Guilt and Shame linked to Lying with Hypnotherapy

Allow yourself to Receive Self-Forgiveness for your Actions of Guilt and Shame linked to Lying.

Here’s a hypnotherapy script to help receive self-forgiveness for actions of guilt and shame linked to lying:

Induction

(Soft, calming music starts playing. Speak in a gentle, soothing tone.)

“Welcome to this safe and peaceful space, where you can let go of all worries and concerns. Allow yourself to settle in, feeling the weight of your body supported by the chair or couch. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel any tension or stress leave your body.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a gentle hill, feeling the warm sun on your skin and the soft breeze rustling your hair. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered.

As you begin to descend the hill, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, feeling your eyes gently closing. You’re safe, you’re supported, and you’re exactly where you need to be. Allow yourself to let go, and trust in the process of healing and self-forgiveness.”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself standing in front of a peaceful lake, feeling the cool water lapping at your feet. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more connected to your inner self.

Notice the sensation of the water on your skin, the sound of the gentle lapping, and the feeling of the sun’s warmth on your face. As you breathe in, imagine fresh, clean air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any guilt, shame, or self-doubt leaving your body.

Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation, feeling your muscles release any tension or stress. You’re safe, you’re supported, and you’re exactly where you need to be. Trust in the process, and allow yourself to let go.”

Forgiveness

“Bring to mind the actions, the behaviors, or the choices that have led to feelings of guilt and shame related to lying. Perhaps it’s telling a deliberate falsehood, withholding the truth, or deceiving someone to get what you want.

As you reflect on these experiences, allow yourself to acknowledge the emotions that arise. It’s okay to feel guilty, ashamed, or regretful. But also remember that you are not defined by these emotions. You are more than your actions, and you are capable of growth, change, and forgiveness.

Imagine a warm, compassionate light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light fills you, it brings with it the power of self-forgiveness.

Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your mind and heart:

‘I forgive myself for lying and deceiving others. I forgive myself for not being truthful and honest in my interactions. I forgive myself for using dishonesty to get what I want, and for not being more considerate and respectful of others’ feelings and needs. I forgive myself, and I let go of the burden of guilt and shame.’

As you repeat these phrases, feel the weight of guilt and shame lifting from your shoulders. Feel the compassion and understanding filling your heart, and know that you are deserving of love, kindness, and respect – regardless of your past choices or behaviours.”

Releasing the Past

“Imagine that you are standing in front of a large, old mask. This mask represents the facades and deceptions that you’ve used to hide the truth and to get what you want.

As you look at the mask, notice that it’s starting to crack, to break away, and to reveal your true, authentic self underneath. Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, imagine yourself gently releasing the need to lie or deceive others, and the desire to use dishonesty to get what you want. Allow the mask to shatter, and the weight of guilt and shame to lift.

Feel the freedom and liberation that comes with releasing the past, and with letting go of the need to deceive or manipulate others. Feel the empowerment that comes with being honest, truthful, and authentic in all your interactions, and with using your words and actions to build trust and connection with others.

Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your mind and heart:

‘I release the need to lie or deceive others, and the desire to use dishonesty to get what I want. I choose to be honest, truthful, and authentic in all my interactions, and to use my words and actions to build trust and connection with others. I trust in my ability to communicate effectively and to negotiate my needs in a healthy and respectful way. I am free to be myself, without apology, and to live a life that is authentic and meaningful.'”

Empowerment

“Imagine that you are standing in front of a beautiful, vibrant garden, filled with diverse flowers, trees, and plants. As you look around, notice the unique beauty and contribution of each element, and the way that they work together to create a harmonious and thriving ecosystem.

Remember that you are a part of this garden, and that your words and actions have the power to nourish or harm the world around you. You are deserving of love, kindness, and respect – not because of your past mistakes or shortcomings, but because of who you are as an individual, and the positive contribution you can make to the world.

Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your mind and heart:

‘I am enough, exactly as I am. I am worthy of love, kindness, and respect, regardless of my past mistakes or shortcomings. I trust in my ability to be honest, truthful, and authentic in all my interactions, and to use my words and actions to build trust and connection with others. I choose to cultivate honesty, respect, and integrity in all my interactions, and to live a life that is authentic, meaningful, and aligned with my values. I am free to be myself, and to shine my light for all to see.'”

Awakening

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine yourself slowly returning to the present moment. Feel the weight of your body on the chair or couch, and notice the sensations in your surroundings.

When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a moment to notice how you’re feeling. Notice any shifts in your perspective, any changes in your emotions, or any sense of freedom and liberation.

Remember that self-forgiveness is a journey, and it’s okay to take it one step at a time. Be gentle with yourself, Gerald, and trust in the process of healing and growth. You are deserving of love, kindness, and respect – and you are capable of creating a brighter, more compassionate future for yourself.”

Release yourself from the Sin against others (Lying, Stealing, Bearing false witness) with Hypnotherapy

Lying, stealing, and bearing false witness are considered sins against others because they involve deceiving or harming others through dishonesty or taking what belongs to them. These actions violate the principles of honesty, respect for property, and integrity in relationships, which are considered fundamental to a just and harmonious society.

Here is a sample hypnotherapy script to help release oneself from the sin of lying, stealing, and bearing false witness:

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey of self-reflection and release. Allow yourself to settle in, take a deep breath in, and exhale out any tension or stress. Feel your body relaxing, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, where you feel completely safe and comfortable.

As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to repeat after me: ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am in control.’ Allow these words to sink deep into your subconscious mind, and feel the relaxation spreading throughout your body.”

Deepening

“Now, as you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs. Hold it for a moment, and exhale out any thoughts or feelings that no longer serve you. Feel yourself becoming heavier, more grounded, and more relaxed with each breath.

Imagine yourself walking down a staircase, with each step, you’re going deeper and deeper into relaxation. Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one… feeling more relaxed, more calm, and more centered with each step.

Now, imagine yourself in a peaceful, safe space, where you can confront and release any patterns or behaviors that no longer serve you. You’re completely protected, and you know you can face anything that comes up with courage and confidence.”

Addressing the Sin

“Now, I want you to bring to mind the sin of lying, stealing, or bearing false witness. Allow yourself to reflect on the times when you’ve engaged in these behaviors. Notice how they’ve affected you and others. Allow yourself to feel any emotions that arise, but know that you’re safe, and you’re in control.

Repeat after me: ‘I acknowledge the harm caused by my actions. I take responsibility for my mistakes. I forgive myself and others for any hurt or pain inflicted.'”

Release and Forgiveness

“Imagine a bright, warm light beginning to fill your body, starting from your heart center. This light represents forgiveness, compassion, and understanding. As it spreads throughout your body, it dissolves any residual guilt, shame, or regret.

Repeat after me: ‘I release all guilt, shame, and regret associated with lying, stealing, and bearing false witness. I let go of the need to deceive or manipulate others. I choose honesty, integrity, and authenticity in all my interactions.’

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this light expanding, filling your entire being, and radiating outward, touching every aspect of your life. Know that you’re free from the bondage of these sins, and you’re now open to a life of truth, honesty, and integrity.”

Integration and Empowerment

“Now, as you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to repeat after me: ‘I am honest, I am truthful, I am authentic in all my interactions. I trust myself and others to act with integrity. I am worthy of respect, trust, and compassion.’

Imagine yourself standing tall, with confidence and courage, knowing that you’ve released the patterns of lying, stealing, and bearing false witness. You’re now free to live a life of authenticity, integrity, and truth.

As you open your eyes, take a deep breath in, and when you’re ready, you can slowly return to a state of full awareness, feeling refreshed, renewed, and empowered to live a life of honesty and integrity.”

Final Affirmations

Remember to repeat these affirmations to yourself regularly, especially when faced with situations that may trigger old patterns:

* “I am honest, I am truthful, I am authentic in all my interactions.”

* “I trust myself and others to act with integrity.”

* “I am worthy of respect, trust, and compassion.”
