Case Study 00439
EFT Tapping Script for Anxiety, Stress, Low Mood, Confidence, Performance, and Personal Growth
Initial Assessment
Before beginning, take a moment to identify the primary emotion you are experiencing right now.
Ask yourself:
- What am I feeling?
- Where do I feel it in my body?
- How intense is it on a scale from 0 to 10?
Take a slow breath.
Acknowledge whatever is present without trying to change it.
